An amazing hotel worthy of 5 * all day long, it does the breakfast fit for kings and queens, staff are fantastic and the room rivals any top hotel and since I stay in about 20 or more hotels a year if I can I will be booking into this one instead of holiday inns or places like that , 5*stars from me

Clean and bright room with plenty of space. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, even the fold out one!! Only slight issue was only bring provided with 2 towels and mugs for 3 of us staying but this was quickly and easily resolved.

Comfy bed in a very functional bedroom and both bedroom and bathroom were impeccably clean. A disappointing breakfast was not what we were hoping for on Monday morning - despite having to book a time for breakfast (apparently to avoid congestion) we went down to an almost empty restaurant. Overall the place lacked character. Fine for a quick overnight stay but nothing like a destination itself. Friendly staff.

Premier Inn Hotel Hatfield is a gem of a place to stay. Hatfield House, one of the ten 'most treasured houses' in England, is just up the road. The Roman town of St Albans is within easy reach too, and London is a short train journey away. Spend some time at Hatfield's charming Mill Green Museum and see the watermill. Or visit Verulamium - that's St Albans nowadays - an extremely important Roman town, with its magnificent abbey. While you're here, take a day trip into London to get your culture fix, then come back to the hotel for some tasty food at our Brewers Fayre restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
When we arrived at the hotel we were a little early to the usual check in time. The lovely lady on reception was happy for us to wait in the lobby until the room was ready. We arrived at 1.30 and the room was ready for us by 1.45! The check in was very easy and the staff at the desk were very polite! Our room was spotless and good judgement was made from them putting the ac on as it was a hot day! Nothing that we asked or requested was too much for the staff! We had breakfast in the restaurant next door, as we were visiting family, they came to join us. The breakfast was good but they could have bought more food out quicker instead of a few of us having to wait for the food to be topped up. The staff in the restaurant were good and very accommodating too. Overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely be back to visit again soon!!

We visited hatfield and we found the mills on bookings.com. The price was very reasonable at £45 but we added breakfast at £5 each and an extra £10 for cleaning was added! The location is lovely nice and quiet, but... lovely lady and very clean room with a noisy little fridge(turned it of at night)but with a shared bathroom and its in the people house who live there! it was hard to feel relaxed, having to get dressed to use the toilet. There is only a mixer tap shower so not very good. Breakfast was ok but when we asked for brown sauce she didnt know what it was!

What can I say, its a bit horrid, Its cheap that's it someone else said better than a tent. Well a tent is not so cold or noisy and has perhaps a softer floor than the bed I was on. Don't unless you have to.

Room smelt fresh and surfaces was clean but the matress was stained and uncomfortable I felt every spring in it and there was no answer on the phone number. You can see they really didnt wanna spend no money in the property

The room stank of cannabis, the floor was disgusting, the bed was broken, no hot water, bathroom stank of mould, window blind fell down when I tried to roll it down, Had to sleep with the window open to try to get rid of the stink but sleeping next to the A1M made it almost impossible to sleep. Look at the reviews elsewhere, there are clearly a lot of fabricated 10s, believe the 1s. This is the most foul place you can imagine, please so yourself a favour and book somewhere else!
