Reviewed By jensmichaelb2017Pick up car was really dirty, driver unfriendly because my plane was late. No one took the luggage. Room ok, no window, old furniture but clean. Good bed. Fridge very loud. Restaurant could not offer Perrier and the fresh juices although in the menu. Lamb chops “we don’t have”. Generally stay was OK, but far too expensive. For the same price I can book Marriott in Riyadh.

Good hotel for short business stay

Hail missing such type of hotels that provides cheap rooms and at same time the cleanliness of the rooms, Assal can provide you with that difficult target. Very near to airport. Very near to Othaim Grand mall. Only rooms, other facilities aren't available.

Reviewed By Punihele808Apartment-style with a living room and bedroom. Beautiful early morning mountain view and extremely helpful staff. The apartment's central heating did not work so they gave us a portable oil heater for the bedroom.

Fine place with good surroundings
Reviewed By KroglundWe stayed one night on our drive from Riyadh to Al Ula. Due to Covid19 no servings at the hotel. We had a big tworoom suite with fruit-and chocolate basket. Minor problems in bathroom, but we solved them ourselves. Kind staff. Nice to be just across the walking path next to the mall.

Reviewed By Unique_Ayedbeen here for 2 nights .. After a long drive from riyadh .. Comfortable bed and clean room and bathrooms .. And the important thing no disturbance .. Room service are good but there a high price for food and drinks 20 riyals for small burger !! !!

A reasonable hotel
Reviewed By Jamila-AldossaryThis is a new hotel in Hail opened only 2 years back, I booked an executive suite which was spacious and clean, the pillows and duvet including the bed sheets are of low quality, the pillows where very hard and the sheets were rough to touch, otherwise the rest of the room including the bathroom were ok, there was a jacuzzi in the suite, the staff need training, the food at the restaurant was not good, and I feel that the cost of the hotel is over rated .
