Reviewed By Linda PThis facility was newly renovated. Rooms are huge and very clean. We stayed in a king suite that had shade at the window (no drapes or curtains to blow in the A/C). The room was well lit with lots of diffused, wall-washing light fixtures and a quiet A/C. There was a sitting area with a large sofa and coffee table, an armoire, larger size refrig, microwave, and a Keurig coffeemaker. Bed was very comfortable with a duvet-covered comforter and nice quality bed linens. Large bathroom had a very large lighted bathroom wall mirror and soft, thick towels. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, tender biscuits, make-your-own pancakes, muffins, toast, yogurt, cereals, juices and oranges. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and we will definitely stay in them again.

Reviewed By VickiH1728It was fine. Our flight was delayed so I called to make sure I would have the 2 queen suite I had paid in advance for. They assured me I would. I didn’t. They had given it away and moved us to a king handicapped suite. Since there was just 2 of us, we made it work. Our key card had to be redone every single night. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had many options and was good. We were visiting family who didn’t have enough room to put us all up so we really didn’t spend much time at hotel, just sleeping and breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The fitness center has everything you’d need for a quick workout, and a pool/hot tub for a nice relaxing evening before bed. The shower was huge!! And breakfast was perfect, everything you’d want for a morning pick me up. Highly recommend.

The gentleman that I spoke to prior to my arrival was very pleasant and informative I was attending my son's Father funeral so the day was a little overwhelming to say the least. I was running behind as I was traveling 4hrs to NC I was concerned my room would be cancelled if I did not arrive prior to midnight. The gentleman pre checked me in so there would be no worries upon my arrival which was a big relief and one less burden, as he promise when I checked in the process went smoothly. Thank You Sir for graciousness.

Reviewed By 838kirkfStayed here for two nights and was very disappointed. Before I get in to the bad, let me tell you why they got 2 stars instead of none. Firstly, the room was surprisingly clean. Secondly, the restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Otherwise, they stay was a disaster and I will never go back. I booked my room at the last minute, while I was driving to Greenville. I had pulled up the info on my GPS and called the hotel from my car. The rate they gave me on phone was higher than the rate the listed in Google Maps. When I asked for the rate I saw online, they refused to match it. The source was their own website, and they still wouldn’t match it. They said in order to get that rate, I had to use the website. Hard to do while I’m driving, that’s why I called. When I checked in, i was still denied the rate, even after showing them the rate advertised in their site. then I was directed to an elevator at the end of a long corridor. When I arrived at the elevator, it was not working, which meant I had to double back to the lobby. Not a god start. When I finally got to my room I saw why the elevator was out. They were doing construction on several of the room adjacent to mine. There was plastic on the floors and a strong smell of fresh paint. Not very welcoming. This continued for the length of my stay. The next morning I went to the restaurant for breakfast. I was asked for my breakfast voucher. I didn’t have one and was directed to the front desk to get one. I went to the desk and was told I couldn’t have one. My rate didn’t include it. The same rate I paid too much for in the first place. So I paid for breakfast. $14 for powdered eggs, runny grits and cold sausage. Very dissatisfying. During checkout the next morning I could barley hear the clerk at the desk due to the very loud fans that were drying the lobby floor. A woman was mopping with water from a bucket that smelled like straight sewage. It was a fitting finale to my stay there. I could not wait to leave. Additionally, the next day I received an email asking to take a survey. I filled out the survey with the details of my experience. At the end I was asked if I wanted someone from the hotel to contact me. I said yes. No one has called or emailed me back. My advice, there’s a Hilton right next door and a Hampton Inn two doors further.

Reviewed By roytan1947This was a wonderful hotel. Friendly front desk to a beautiful suite room. Clean, great amenities in the shower, very comfortable bed and big sofa. So glad we picked this hotel. We could walk to get a sub for dinner, nice outdoor patio area to relax, nice pool and fitness room. We will be beach.

Disorganized Hotel

Checked in online, but wasn’t truly checked in (went asked why receptionist said she wonders the same question every time). Used our vacation points to give the kids a break with some fun….ran to put swim suits on, ran down to pool, and of course it’s closed for repair. This would have been nice to know when reserving our room today or at least when we checked in. The front desk peeps say the right thing, but just mouthing words. Clean room, but not updated by any means. Disappointed.

Reviewed By U6328VXrebeccalMy mom and I recently went to Greenville NC the first night we stayed at the Quality Inn. We had booked a room at a place called In Town Suites , it was horrid. It was dirty and smelly so we went back Quality Inn because it was clean and close to food and to stores and we felt safe there. We stayed for 8 nights and the only negative was they did not tell us that had we joined and became members we would have gotten a discount Oops that was on us. Definitely recommend them but check for discounts. The employees were very polite and accommodating.
