Stripped of any extravagance, Hakuna Matata Game Farm is a working farm situated on the Fragrance Route, nestled between green fields and hills. Enjoy a sundowner, overlooking the dam in front of the cottage with the possibility of viewing a variety of bird and antelope species. The farm is home to farm animals as well as game, disease free buffalo and Jabo, Kolletjies and Timone - the three hand raised lions. They are in captivity in a large enclosure with beautiful views of the farm and cottages. A Macadamia Nut orchard was planted in June 2015. Guests are encouraged to recycle. Bins are provided recyclable material and biodegradable waste.

The guesthouse is close to the N2 highway with only a 15 min drive to George Airport. It is overlooking the spectacular Outeniqua Mountains, the Great Brak river and the town.
