Noise from neighbouring rooms will not allow to sleep. Very small and compact rooms are suffocative. Most important be alert in online booking. They are showing 3 Star property and their price shows is of dormitories, on upgrading rooms they just charge huge.. Compete fraud..

To sum the review up, we just simply loved our stay here. Everything including rooms, service, food, people, hospitality everything was the best we have ever experienced anywhere, even in USA. This review is not complete until I mention these kind, energetic and helpful young people who work there - Shubham, Rajesh, Rehman. These guys took care of all of our needs while we were guesta of the hotel. I have dietary restrictions and cannot consume spicy food at all. These guys made sure that I get the food customized for my needs and the food was simply delicious. We are definitely going to stay in this hotel the next time we are in Gorakhpur

I travelled so many places from India to abroad, reviewed so many hotels on this portal itself but this is the one where I feel extremely happy to write review. I never thought of any hotel who cares their guest more than their comfort level. Shivoy actually does it. We don't take Onion Garlic in food and I found the canteen staffs specially Durgesh was so much excited to serve best for us and showed exceptional performance by providing extra level of service. Not only Canteen staffs but also other staffs like Raju Driver who was always ready to help us in case we need pick and drop. House keeping staffs always showed their availability to serve us 24x7. They in fact suggested that they can keep extra bed with them during day time and can bring it back whenever we need and many more good stuffs. If I list down all items, it will be long list. Keeping it in brief, staying in Shivoy had been my best experience. I would have given 6 star if option would have been there. Rooms are in very good condition and clean. Food is tasty as well even without onion garlic. Location is very good and is at center of Gorakhpur, easily public transport available in case you need to travel any part of the city. I would love to stay here again when I visit Gorakhpur next time.
