Unfortunately, my experience with this Ibis Budget hotel was very poor. 1) The check-in counter was not occupied at 2 p.m. which was said to be the official check-in time 2) The remote receptionist who we called due to automatic check-in issues was very inpolite and anything but customer friendly 3) There are no official parking lots that belong to the Ibis Budget hotel - although this has been guaranteed at the booking website - and you have to look for one on your own which might be not in front of the hotel but in the backyard of a car repair service company 4) Since the automatic check-in didn't work for us, we decided to visit Antibes in the afternoon and do the check-in later. Out of a sudden, our booking reservation was cancelled by the hotel at 6 p.m. It seemed that our credit card was not accepted. Despite the fact that we submitted another one within the time limit of two hours, our booking was rejected. We ended up sleeping in our car because we couldn't find another afdordable apartment given the lack of time.

We stayed to celebrate one of our friends, who lives in Super Cannes 80th Birthday. The place maybe small, but the owners have a big heart. Very clean rooms, nothing to much trouble, very nice continental breakfast . Would defiantly stay there again, it’s in a great location not far from the train station or the Port. With great places to eat and drink near by

If you want to sleep in hotel for one day, I suppose it is the best choice to choose. We had a double room. The room’s wall was very gorgeous. For breakfast, We could eat lany type of food. But honestly, the price was too high.

Hotel De La Mer is set midway between Cannes (6km) and Antibes (6km) and only 5 minutes walking from the beach. It is surrounded by a garden and offers a swimming pool. Each room includes a private bathroom and the superior rooms open onto a private terrace or a balcony, both furnished. Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant next to the swimming pool. The restaurant also offers among others half-board,. Situated only 100 metres from a bus stop Hotel de la Mer is well-served by public transportation with which you can take easily a bus to Cannes, Antibes, Vallauris, Nice Centre and Nice Airport (20km). There are shopping possibilities near the Hotel as well as fitness and beauty centres, a lovely park and a playground. WELCOME AT HOTEL DE LA MER, GOLFE JUAN
Our stay here was good. The rooms were clean and well presented. The owner has plans to update them soon but everything is in good order. All staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is nice with a nice area to relax and a good choice of drinks. The evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic and was very much enjoyed

Boutique hotel located between Cannes (4 km), Juan les Pins (2km) and Sophia Antipolis (9km). It is 300 meters from the beach. Placed in absolute calm in a dead end, it is nevertheless very close to public transport: bus (until Cannes, Nice and the airport) and Golfe Juan station.
I never leave reviews but our stay here was so disappointing, I feel compelled to do so. The rooms are small (our room was smaller than described), impractical (there was a telephone directly over one side of the bed, so you would bang your head if you sat up in the night), and very basic. There was a large patch of mold on the ceiling and the room was so small, the bedroom door wouldn’t actually shut as it was blocked by the bed. The rooms were noisy (NOT soundproofed!) you could clearly hear people walking in their rooms above, in the corridor, banging doors etc. We changed rooms and although bigger, the second room was still disappointing. The wifi in the rooms is completely unreliable and not stable. They have tried to make the public areas look “Santorini chic” but it is a case of fur coat and no knickers. Although the public areas look superficially ok, if slightly amateurishly designed, the actual reality of it is awful. The pool area is tiny and there are not enough sunbeds. The hotel is situated at the end of a residential cul-de-sac and overlooked by other properties and on the day we arrived, the neighbours were having a very noisy pool party and were yelling/singing for hours- not a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The staff are unprofessional. Although there is a bar, one must locate a member of staff from wherever they are in the hotel to get a drink and there is a general vibe of them being too busy with other things. The bar closes early, in fact one evening there was sign up saying the owner had gone out and the bar would be closed even earlier. There is no mini bar or fridge in the room, so if you would like a drink when you come back to your room in the evening, this is pretty much impossible. The staff are not always present and one member of staff particularly has a harried air and is difficult to deal with. Quite shockingly, none of the members of staff wore masks (even while serving breakfast) and social distancing didn't seem to be observed. We chose to vacate early. Upon our departure the lady owner promised to contact us and refund us for nights that she managed to resell. It has now been several weeks and despite trying to get in contact with her, she has actively avoided us. I would describe this property as a B&B or hostel. We have travelled extensively and this does not meet my expectations of a hotel. It is incredibly overpriced for what is essentially a poor product, run by amateurs. The worst 'hotel' we have ever stayed in.

The Residence Eden Azur is located in Golfe Juan at the limit of Antibes-Juan les Pins and Cannes. Far from the roads, the residence is quiet and close to the beach ( 600m). Eden Azur offers beautiful and confortable studios and 2 rooms, perfect for families. The apartments decorated with the colors of the riviera and respect for the planet. You will appreciate the residence for its garden, its swimming pool, its ground of tennis and pétanque. Access is secured by a digicode with outside free parking. Eden Azur, between Antibes-Juan les Pins and Cannes is close to public transport, the city center, the harbor, restaurants and its shops. It benefits from a link with the airport of Nice by bus. Rental possible Night, week end, week and month (off season)
This is no longer operated by ResidHotel It is now called Edan Azur and has been totally renovated and re-eqipped, It is now run by a new company. I have tried to find the page you recommendto alert you to this again but I cannot find the page, so I am using this to contact you, it is very wrong of you to keep old reviews of a previous operator on your site, when the property is now well run and refurbished to a high standard

We propose two lovely appartments with sea view (25 m2 and 40 m2) and an access to the heated swimming pool. Each studio has a kitchen, bathroom and a private terrasse. Each apartment has air condition. The property is safe and quiet. You can park your car in the large parking. The Villa Corniche is at 5 mn drive to the beaches of Golfe Juan.

There is a lot to like about this villa. Beautiful view, lovely pool, nice well equipped kitchen, decent sized bedrooms in the main house (we didn't see the ones by the pool so can't comment). There is a safety screen across the patio so that children can't get into the pool. This was a real bonus. The villa is a little more run down than the photos suggest, but this didn't have any negative impact on our stay. There are some issues to be aware of - access into the villa would be tricky for anyone for anyone with limited mobility. You would definitely need a car, but the villa is within easy travelling distance of Cannes, Antibes, and we travelled to Monaco in around an hour. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not downstairs so the living area can get very warm. We opened the doors and windows, but this let lots of mosquitos in. There isn't as much outdoor furniture as the photos suggest, for example the roof terrace had very little, and the photos seem to have been generated by moving the same furniture into different locations. We were a party of five adults and a child so there was plenty for us. What we hadn't anticipated was the additional costs. We were charged 180 euros (30 per person ) to use bedding and towels. We were also charged more than 200 euros for water and electricity, which seems a lot for a week given that we were only in the villa for a few hours a day. However, the real injustice for us was a charge of 270 euros for nine hours cleaning. Frankly even if we had left the villa filthy I struggle to see how cleaning the parts of it we used could have taken nine hours. We were mindful that we were going to be charged for cleaning so had done a lot of it ourselves, including stripping beds and I do believe this charge is excessive. In addition the villa wasn't spotless when we arrived, for example we had to clean the barbecue before we could use it. Nonetheless we had a lovely stay, and I wouldn't necessarily let this stop you booking this villa. Just be aware that you are likely to incur substantial charges in addition to the price you have already paid. The owner also requires a cash deposit of more than 3000 euros, paid by bank transfer, a week before arrival. This included 500 euros as deposit for energy used. This was repaid within ten days, minus the aforementioned substantial additional charges.
