Reviewed By Rae91RaeThe breakfast wasn’t great. But the entire experience of the hotel was super accommodating and very welcoming. I would absolutely stay again. 4 stops from Enoshima and 6 stops from kamakura on the enoden line. So close and convenient! Good food nearby too!

Reviewed By natalieportmanteauHotel was clean and nice-looking located in a quiet area, staff confidently polite and welcoming. Room was spotless and I really enjoyed the soaking tub. Can absolutely recommend for a stay in Fujisawa or even on the way to Kamakura - the short train ride there from Fujisawa stn was really nice too.

Easy access in Shonandai
Reviewed By Aang174Been here for a while, preparing my daughter to officialy settled in Keio Fujisawa Campus. Location? Perfect! Just next to Shonandai Station. Surroundings? Many eatery places, 7 eleven is next door, coin laundry is accross the street, Daiso and supermarket only few minutes walk. Although the room is very compact just like any other affordable hotels in Japan, I could not complain about anything else. The staffs all are friendly and they could speak English! I sent some our luggages from Haneda airport directly to hotel via takuhaibin services and the hotel staffs keep our luggages safely. Only the breakfast selection I may suggest some inputs. Although they provide some meals to choose like butter bread, soup, salad and japanese stuffs, for me as a foreigner still prefer more international taste. But for the price I paid, it was a very good bargain.

It takes 5 minutes on foot from "Fujisawa St." of JR ,Odakyu Electric Railway and Enoshima electric railway. It takes 75~85 minutes from Tokyo International Airport(Haneda) by Keihin direct bus . To Enoshima islannd ,it takes about 7 minutes from Fujisawa to St.Katase-Enoshima St. by Odakyu line + 10 minutes on foot. To Kamakura,it takes about 34 minutes by Enoden or about 20 minutes by JR. This hotel has good location that can enjoy yourseif on the business or sightseeing.
Tiny rooms but affordable
Reviewed By an631The room was not so spacious but the basic amenities were available. The male onsen was in front of the room and it was a quite noisy. Recommend the hotel if it is a one night but not so comfortable to have a longer stay. The Onsen was pretty good though.

Reviewed By OliverHanaThe hotel is near the Fujisawa station. The room is small but clean. The bathroom is very small too and as the floor level is elevated, you have to watch your step. Breakfast spread was good. The front desk staff are polite and efficient.

Reviewed By Guzheng_KLIt is very closed to Shonandai station and only 2 minutes away from station lift and escalator. They provided a welcome drink at Loby. They also gave us many selction of tea packets at reception area. Room is a typical Japanese hotel room and clean and cozy.

Reviewed By tracy_05NYThe receptionist night shift at this hotel were very pleasant. Everyone welcomed you with a smile and warmth. Special thanks to Ms. Tam with her hospitality and friendliness. But the first day, I was really angry, we checked in, the washroom wasn’t cleaned properly. We get a room - smelly. There was a foul smell. We told the check in staff that the room was very smelly, they said nothing they could do.

Reviewed By TomTom392This hotel was definitely a unique experience. Very nice and clean hotel. Peaceful and serene. The hotel staff were very professional and made you feel like royalty. I stayed here for business but I would definitely recommend it as a romantic hotel for couples. The rooms are larger than others in the area and the view of the ocean is very nice too. Also, I really enjoyed the food selections each morning and the small bar near the lobby. There are several restaurants in the area that you can walk to as well. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fiji!

Two night stay at Daiichi Inn Shonan
Reviewed By Amy BMy husband and I stayed at Daiichii Inn Shonan from October 15 to the 17th, 2016. It is a very clean, quiet hotel. Has all the modern amenities. Close to the JR Tsujido train station, about a 2-5 minute walk. Although we were early, we were able to leave our bags until check in time at 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. Buffet breakfast with American and Japanese cuisine offered. At the time we were there, the British Olympic sailing team members stayed there also as they were training and competing at nearby Enoshima.

Reviewed By RaoulJeanWaking up with the sea right outside your window is always sublime. And at Shiosai, me and my wife got exactly that, which was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk from the JR station, with many restaurants nearby, the location really is fantastic. Cherry on top, the price for a saturday was very reasonable! It is only when we went to bed that we realized what the problem was: noise, plenty of it and very late! First the wall are paper-thin, so one can hear the other room's TV and guests's conversation....But the worst is the continuous traffic that went on until very late, just below our window. Those familiar with Enoshima/Zushi know that there is only one road that follows the seafront. Even after families had gone, petrol-heads drove back & forth, with their pimped-out moped/cars etc.... Nightmare! Sea-view or a good sleep, you'll have to choose! ;)
