Accommodation consists of 2 and 3 bed spacious condos with large balconies enjoying varying views. The condos are fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. Every condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV's in all bedrooms, screened porch, air conditioning, washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms. From the minute guests arrive at Tuscana Resort Orlando by Aston, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.
Early check-in is $50 more. Although I understand, not sure I agree. In addition, we needed another key card for the room as my 16 year old daughter was with us. They wanted to charge us an additional $25. When we checked out we asked if they wanted the door key cards and they said “no”. Are you kidding… you want to charge me for something you toss in the trash?? Place was not clean and dust on the fans. They charge $70 extra to clean?? for what? I will not recommend this Orlando location to anyone. Looks like low end apartments and not a resort!

Windsor hills is a great place to stay for families. The resort is huge but feels very safe. We ordered ubers whilst we were there and security were very thorough in checking that the drivers were genuine. Villa was great and the public areas were very well maintained. Would definitely recommend

Experience an exciting new way to vacation at Encore Resort at Reunion, just minutes away from world-class theme parks, shopping, cultural events and much more. At Encore Resort, you’ll find all the comforts of home while enjoying the fabulous amenities and services of a luxurious resort.
First the good: The resort was easy to book and we got calls asking if we needed any extra services for our visit (like a high chair, extra deck chairs, grill, etc) which was very nice! Check-in was fast and very friendly. The house we stayed in was fairly new and the small pool out back was very nice. The bed linens and the bath towels were very nice and clean. The bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was also very clean. The common area and the pool/waterpark area were great! Now for the bad: If you stay in the east side, there is one lane that takes visiting guests (which takes about 5 minutes per car to get approved and let in) and registered guests with entry cards. So registered guests have to wait in line to get into the resort/house area. Very frustrating to have to do that everytime. There should be a lane just for registered guest. The carpet and living furniture was filthy with stains. We notified the person who stopped by to check on how our rental was and 3 days later they sent in a carpet cleaner and after that the sofas and carpets were much better. Some of the TV's didn't work and the dryer made a very loud scraping noise. We reported the problems but no one ever came to repair those items. One of the closet doors was propped up and the trash can in the kitchen was dented like it had been beaten on. There is an alarm on the door to the back yard that you have to push a button to disarm for 10 seconds while you exit. That was kind of annoying but I understand the importance of that. The problem was the next two houses didn't use the button so up until late in the night we would hear their loud loud loud alarm from our patio and inside the house. Hard to relax with that high-pitched alarm going off every few minutes. The biggest issue was in the house next to ours, there were two different LARGE parties thrown. One was a large family that was nice but they were very loud outside until 2 am. We didn't complain about them to security because they were really just a big family (must have stayed in multiple houses and met at this one) having a good time together. The other party was a teen/young adult party where we saw cars dropping off young people in the late afternoon. They were cursing and yelling and the music was loud that it vibrated our house. Then a third party another night was held across the street with the loud music and the yelling going on until after midnight when we called the security because we were now on night three of being kept up by the loud music at nearby houses. I think this resort may be used by locals for parties so that they can accommodate a large number of people and not worry about trashing their own place. We did not feel safe with the last two parties. It was a very rough, angry, loud crowd. Another issue was the kitchen was stocked with just the very basics, flatware, plates cups, and a few pans. No baking sheets, no serving bowls, etc. All other rental houses we have stayed in had at least enough to cook and serve a meal. If this house is company-owned then I understand the few kitchen items supplied. The house served it's purpose for us but I would not recommend Encore at Reunion to anyone unless all you need is a big house and a place to sleep and shower. Make sure to choose west side houses since they have a dedicated lane for registered guests.

My husband and I took our 7 children on vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful. My family had a blast. We spent most of our time swimming in the pool and hot tub. When it came time to leave my kids were begging to ba able to come back again. Which is something I definitely plan on doing.

Stayed over a week with 15 family members at 1491 Rolling Fairway. Everything was great! The pool and spa were heated. We made good use of the theater room and game room. The kitchen was stocked with the usual items and Publix delivered groceries to our door. Plenty of towels were provided and we had no issues using the appliances. The Oasis club is a short walk away and has good amenities. Actually booking another stay for Sept 2022 at 1491!
