Flew to La Guardia, shutlle to hotel and back to airport. Clean room, great location for enjoying anything Asian, great customer service in general. Will stay again. Areas to improve: arrived 15 minutes before 3 PM and was surprise that room wasn’t ready; one gentleman at front desk could have paid better attention but everyone else was great.

A little strange but it was comfortable enough for a one-night stay. I arrived late afternoon and the lobby was dimly lit. At first I questioned whether it was open. The reception desk was located in the back and I couldn’t see anyone inside. The door wasn’t locked so I walked in. Check in was quick and easy. My room was a straight line from the elevator. The room itself was decent. No frills. I appreciated that it had “typical” Asian hotel amenities, like shower cap and tooth brush. The toilet paper dispenser was in an odd location—under the sink by the door. The water tasted like NY…Speaking of water, it took a minute, or 5, to figure out the shower. I couldn’t figure out how to switch it from the faucet to the shower head. I finally found a YouTube video. You have pull the end of the faucet (why?). Check out was interesting. The guy at the reception desk had a button up shirt on but it was completely unbuttoned. It was not the sight I wanted to see first in the morning. Overall it was a quiet night and, generally, comfortable stay.

My experience at this hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. On several instances I had pleasure on asking the staff questions and they were all very attentive. Room was cleaned every day, opposed as to some hotels nowadays that only make your room when you request it. In specially I want to highlight Ms. Katherine Santos who would make it her business every time she saw us, ask us if we needed recommendations or suggestions for dinner since the surroundings of the hotel were limited. Thank you!

Sleek, contemporary, and stylish, our hotel in Flushing offers the perfect indulgence for business and leisure travelers alike.
We stayed at the hotel for five nights; king bed studio situated on the 12th floor. Check in was smooth and the room was spacious. We were surprised that with planes flew overhead and we couldn’t hear the roars of engines; great sound proofing. The king size bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is functional. However, the water pressure of the shower could be improved. We dined out every evening, so we didn’t utilize the range or the microwave. The mini fridge is quiet useful for storing fruits and cold drinks. Everything went well, except the hotel ought to have a security to ensue the safety of guests and hotel employees; we encountered a mentally disturbed female in the lift, which any one could recognizes that she obviously has had mental issues that require hospitalization. We complained to the staff at the front counter, which the male check in staff admitted that the female GUEST is a known psychopath! I observed this female individual constantly harassing multiple guests (including us) verbally and physically in heavily accented English. On one occasion, I refused to get into the lift with the aforementioned female, she is a nuisance and a hidden danger to the other guests.. the aforementioned incidents is the reason that I gave a three stars for this hotel, the management obviously lacks the sensibilities to train its staff to recognizing problems that could have a major negative impact on the safety of guests. Would I recommend this hotel for visiting this vibrant Asian community? Probably not.

We got stuck at LGA due to the 11/15/18 snowpocalypse in NYC, and by the time our flight options had cancelled we were only able to find this property and we were glad we did. In a snow/ice storm, having to walk down outside steps to the lobby was a little treacherous but we survived. Rooms are small but clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast wasn't a big deal--don't expect great bagels with a schmear--but all I needed was a croissant and a banana, which they had. Looked like a great location and would have loved to have stayed and eaten at nearby restaurants but had to get back to LGA to get home!

They canceled my room last minute even though I already reserved and paid for the room. I had to then find another hotel last minute which is very expensive. I don't know why they couldn't keep my room reserved for me. They didn't help me find other accommodations either.

Not only would I not recommend this hotel, I am following through with reporting them for PCI noncompliance. I was put in this hotel by American Airlines after my flight was canceled. I decided to go downstairs and eat dinner in the restaurant. At the end of my meal, the waiter informed me that they were only accepting cash due to their computer being down. I asked when did this happen and why wasn't I notified before I ordered. He stated that it occurred during my meal; however, I recall the couple sitting behind me jokingly telling a waiter that they came up with enough pennies for their order. When I travel, I do not carry cash. I informed him that I did not have cash. He told me I could get cash out of the hotels ATM. I also do not carry an ATM card while traveling. I offered to come down and pay it in the morning before I left which would give the company time to fix their computer. He informed me that it wouldn't be fixed for a couple of days and asked if he could take a picture of my credit card. I declined this and he contacted his manager. His manager (Peter) asked to speak to me so he handed me the phone. Peter spent the next several minutes raising his voice and bullying me to the point of threatening to call the police on me over $8 and because I refused to allow them to take a picture of my credit card. I encouraged him to call the police. He also informed me that they do this all the time and it has never been a problem in the past. What business establishment takes pictures of their customer's credit cards? This is illegal and will be reported. The end result of this entire ridiculous ordeal after I encouraged him to call the police was that they would inform me the same thing he was stating. He then informed me that I could go to the hotel desk and allow them to charge my card for the $8 balance which was technically more than the stated ticket amount. He wasn't the restaurant manager. He is the hotel owner! Take what you want from this experience, but I will be reporting this to American Airlines as well as PCI. I highly encourage you to find somewhere else to stay!

I was very displeased with our recent stay, 6/3-6/6. The overnight male employee (unsure if he was a supervisor or not) was extremely condescending towards my family and I from the moment we arrived. Giving us a clueless stare when we checked in because he didn't realize we purchased multiple rooms. I called weeks ahead of time to request their conference room and was told they did not have one however, the employee over the phone mentioned that we could use the open breakfast area after hours. Upon using the breakfast area, we were told we shouldn't be there, but that they would let us stay if we kept the noise down. My parents asked if we could use it once more and the employee stated we must pay $100 per hour, to use an open space that many other people walk through to get tea, coffee, water, etc. That same employee then called my parent's room later that night and told them they would be willing to waive the $100 fee if my entire family each gave the hotel 5 star reviews.. Oh and get this...we had to give these reviews before his shift was over at 3:00 AM, because the managers in the morning would know nothing about it. Needless to say, we passed on the offer and were able to utilize space at a nearby hotel. I unfortunately would not recommend this location to any friend, family member, or colleague if they are looking to be treated fairly or with dignity and respect.

Stayed here for one night ahead of an early morning LGA flight as a Bonvoy plat. Arrived late at night and the property was a short walk from Flushing Main Street Station. Had a service snafu as the bathroom did not have body gel in the dispenser making it impossible to take a shower in the evening. I asked for bath gel to be hung on my door and explicitly asked for them not to enter the room given it was past midnight and I wanted to sleep, but I was awoken at 1.15am by loud knocking from housekeeping who wanted to replenish the body gel. I sent housekeeping away given the late hour and went back to sleep, and still didn't have soap in the morning. When I highlighted this to Daniel at check-out, he proactively offered Bonvoy points given the service issue. I did not ask for this, though this kept this from being a two star review. The shuttle ran on time. On the whole, this property is well-positioned to do well, and I would be open to have another stay here.
