When we showed up for our second night, our room had been given away as we had been marked a “no show.” Please remember I had already called the hotel about the first night. The hotel was fully booked, the front desk woman was incredible rude and I was left 3 hours from home with 3 children and nowhere to stay.

Reviewed By lkansonThis is my 2nd review of the hotel on my supposed stay on 14-15 May. This is following my first negative review for my stay on 9- 10 May. Unfortunately, the service did not improve as what the general manager has feedback. When I checked out on the 10 May, I confirmed with the hotel that they have my reservation on the 14 May. When I tried to check in on 14 May, I was denied. This was despite having a valid booking from agoda and even got an email reply from hotel confirming my reservation. I showed the evidences to the front desk and all they could reply was they can’t do anything and asked me to settle with Agoda. Outrageous how my reservation could be cancelled/denied just like that. The front desk officers could not care less about your plight, they were unfriendly and impatient. There were no alternative offered and I was left stranded at 2am in the morning. Not even an offer of a glass of water, nothing! I sat at the lobby and waited till morning before I proceeded to the airport. Horrible experience. And by the way, the moldy muffins were still at the bar counter for sale! What a shame and failure of the entire team in this hotel. Stay away from this hotel. It’s worth to pay more in another hotel. The general manager cares more to give a generic reply in Tripadvisor than to reply emails in [email protected]. It has been weeks and still no reply.

Hilton Garden Inn Elizabethtown is located just off I-65 at exit 94, placing you nearby all three highways that funnel through the city. Terribly dirty room
Reviewed By JenJ0829We booked online a short distance out as we were ready to rest for the night on our road trip (Texas to Ohio). The room was terrible. I didn’t call the desk as we were beat and just ready to shower and go to sleep; crumbs in multiple areas of the carpet, stains on the bath towels, hair clumps in the floor of the bathroom and tile entry, along with some goopy bath gel on the shower wall. Won’t be stopping here again.

I hope its not a standard and that there was something special going on that the prices were so high ( over $200 per nite including the $20 pet fee and taxes).

Reviewed By dave36645It was a really good price. The rooms were very large and clean. Also it was really quiet and had a good night sleep. Plenty of places to eat close by. The bathroom was very large and the water pressure in the shower was pretty good. I have stayed here in the past and will stay here again

Dirty hotel
Reviewed By vacationgirl41091Filthy dirty hotel. Air conditioning didn’t work in room. No manager on duty to address issue. Took video of changing thermostat with no result from AC unit turning on. Front desk girl barely looked up from her phone and said they would text manager. I was given a room at sister hotel next door… Baymont. Air worked at this hotel but was equally dirty. Cob webs in ceiling corners, dead bugs in corners of floor. I unfortunately wasn’t compensated for my hassles changing rooms, loading and unloading my car. Think twice about these two places. Never again.

Great accommodations
Reviewed By 50702921As we were traveling from Alabama back to Wisconsin we had made a reservation in advance. Our GPS had us take an exit and put us in the center of town and we couldn't find the hotel. We called the front desk and the gal was super nice and gave us detailed directions to the hotel. Once we arrived, we laughed and joked with the staff and were made to feel very welcomed. The entire hotel was like brand new, super clean and great breakfast. If we even travel through that area of the country again, we would not hesitate to select this hotel as our choice hotel.

Reviewed By tjohns614208Breakfast what breakfast coffee with no cups or the bagged pastries that one person grabbed all of them. The room stunk, was not clean, and the front of the AC fell off. Service was terrible the staff parked in the handicapped parking I am a disabled Bet had to ask them to move their car they had no tag or hanging tag.
