The capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, Dusseldorf is a regional economic powerhouse straddling the banks of the Rhine River. Altstadt is not just Dusseldorf's lovely old town, but also where the city's nightlife is based and where Altbier, its native dark beer, is plentiful. Dusselforfians take their beer seriously. Königsallee (Ko to the locals), Dusseldorf's famous shopping street, has many high-end stores. And the Museum Kunst Palast has one of the Rhineland's best art collections.

This is probably the best Hyatt Regency that I have stayed at around the world. Most Hyatt Regency's are convention type hotels. This one in Dusseldorf is a blend of a business traveler hotel with a more luxurious feel. As a Hyatt Globalist I was upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The staff at this property is amazing. They have a make shift club lounge on the first floor where you can get coffee, wine, and snacks. It has a nice view of the water. The primary club lounge on the top floor has a great view but is still not operating as a lounge. Though you are able to use it if you like. As a Globalist breakfast was included and it was one of the best that I had. You can order hot items and indulge in their immense buffet. I believe it was a young man named Andy that had checked me in and he was exceptionally helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Dusseldorf.

L‘ amour toujours – a very special liaison in the new Dusseldorf district Le Quartier Central. Highlights include the restaurant and bar: The Paris Club extends over two storeys: The restaurant on the 16th floor is the place to meet for lunch or dinner. Visitors to the 17th-floor bar enjoy a spectacular view of Dusseldorf while sampling our range of French highballs. The rooms? Languorous, artistic charm and warm hues in the French Chambres, or straightforward design and clear colours in the German Rooms.
I was surprised about myself: this hotel would normally not be my cup of tea, but I genuinely liked it! My "medium" room looked like a 1990's teen computer nerd room with loads of quirky items and design features. On one hand, function follows form here (not a thing I like), but on the other hand, it made the room incredibly personal and cozy. The numerous light fixtures (I think I counted about ten) could be individually controlled, which was a little challenging, but that added to the cozyness, because you could adjust the lighting to your individual taste. Speaking of function follows form: not single shelf to put shirts etc. on (just a wardrobe rail with a few hangers), not one hook for towels. For a longer stay not sufficient, but for my one night stay not a problem. Bathroom, though I am not a fan of black sinks and toilets, was quite spacious and had a great rain shower. I liked the fact, that the sliding door of the toilet could be used to block the entrance area keeping potential noise from the hallway out (there wasn't any). Be careful when checking out: the many design items make the room a little confusing and there is the risk of forgetting something of our stuff amidst all those quirky cushions, magazines, toys etc. Minibar was free and contained water, local Altbier, cola, chocolate and potato crisps. Breakfast was super! Served in the 16th floor restaurant overlooking Düsseldorf, the buffet was scrumptious, of very high qualilty and offered many French items which corresponded to the hotel's French theme. Made to order warm dishes could be ordered from the staff or directly from the chef at the open kitchen. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were very nice and atttentive. Location, though not in the very center, was good: trains and trams are just a few steps away and bring you in the city center in no time. Bottom line: would happily book a "medium" room again for a one person, one night stay. For longer stays or for two person occupancy , I'd recommend booking a larger room.

Nice rooms with coffee machine, free bottle of water and nice breakfast but nothing out of the ordinary. No bar and no restaurant, well it is there but just not open. Need to be in a hotel like this. Luckily the area around have plenty of restaurant ms and bars but unfortunately only with cash payment

We have a wonderful stay. The room is clean. Lots of amenities. We had booked by Booking.com and it says that standard room has slippers. On requesting this at the reception we were told that standard rooms doesn’t have it. Eventually on showing the information on Booking.com we got it on second request. It shouldn’t be that difficult to supply it on first request.

This hotels location is very nice. Very good access to HB Station. Also next to this hotel there is a kebab shop which seems very famous and always queuing in the evening. Just one minute away, there is Zurheine Feinkost Düsseldorf. You can buy very nice fresh pasta, Sushi, Japanese Obento, Salad, sandwiches, Dessert, Bread. They open from 7am. There is also nice bakery in this shop. So you can have a nice breakfast there and cheaper than Hotel. You can also go to Little Tokyo with 8 min walk. You have no problem with foods around hotel. This hotel offer the cleaning of the room only every other day. If you want to make it clean, then you should go another hotel. Of course if you ask them to change the towel, you can get changed.

When you hear Düsseldorf, you think of the Kö, Altbier, art and little Tokyo: in keeping with the storytelling, the niu Tab stands for Tokyo, Art & Beer! The interior design combines Asian-inspired furnishing elements such as round cushions and wall paintings with modern accents in industrial style and rustic furniture in a used look.
Super hotel, perfect breakfast, good location (5 min from the train station, 20 min walk to the river), good value for money. Minuses: smell of sewer from drain in the bathroom when we arrived, no phone in the room = no room service, can't put bill from the bar on the room.

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Had some issues with the room I was upgraded to. Got my room switched but it was to a non upgraded room on the same floor. The bar serves food and had an executive (financed) menu, it was ok. Being diamond we were only allowed 2 drinks (since the executive lounge was closed due to COVID). The mini bar was free (diamond member) so that was good.
