Reviewed By Jay BEverything was great as far as customer service, room, etc. However apparently there was a big basketball tournament going on while we stayed here and most players were on the same floor as us. And despite all of the signs stating that after 10pm it was "quiet time" all that was heard until 3am was screaming, yelling, and slamming doors out front of our room and all throughout the 6th floor. Nothing was done about it. And this is the main reason we tend to stay at AirBnB's but the one time we decided to give a hotel another chance we regret it. The hotel itself was great and our room was immaculate but just know there is no quiet time as the signs all over will state.

Reviewed By patriceg673We were in town for March Madness & stayed here. The room was clean and the hotel staff was terrific. Despite having multiple softball & swim teams in the hotel, it was quiet! This is a pet friendly hotel, but you wouldn’t know it. The lobby is spacious and there is a nice outdoor patio with a tv for groups to sit outside. Breakfast was good (the people working it were super & deserve a raise). Best part? The beds! The mattresses were so comfortable we wanted to bring them home. Pillows were nice & soft too.

Close to gas food and highway but in a quiet area. Negatives 2 room suite is kinda small... Main issue::: The thermostats controled each room separately but we couldnt get it off heat for bedroom. Kept thinking it was cooling down then it would pop back to heat. Why did hotel have it on heat in August in SC? It was over 90 degrees outside. I called 3 times in the night no one answered. Got dressed and went to front desk.. had to call out 2 times. The lady apologizedbut kept saying she was there when I called. Ok then why not answer the phone? No one sent maintenance. Pool area had no towels on 1st or 2nd day. They did bring them to the pool when I asked. Breakfast was not great. Only hot food was scrambled eggs and some sausage. Juice was just colored water.

Reviewed By sm685534The bed was comfortable, but the room REEKED of stale cigarette smoke and the towels were very small (not much bigger than a hand towel) and coarse. We thought since it was a Wyndham property there would at least be a decent place to stay, but that was not the case. We would not stay here again.

Reviewed By BCunnin107Cars were parked less than six feet from my door. Nothing went badly wrong during my stay, but this is a "bare bones" MOTEL. If you are traveling through and only spending one night and need to get on the road early, this might work. It doesn't cost much, but you don't get much either. If all you need is a place to sleep for the night, this place works. But, it is not designed for more than one night. Area surrounding hotel is full of trucks and noise. Early risers packing can wake you up since the rooms are so close to the parking. Realistically, there are better choices nearby.
