This hotel has the wow factor! The view and sound of the surf was amazing. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It looks like all of the rooms have views. Very clean room, great breakfast and comfy bed. Beach towels available from reception. Pool very clean and not too cold! Highly recommend! We had a great stay.

We stayed at Quinta do Cabo for 5 nights in September 2021 in two different rooms (#2 and #8). We enjoyed both rooms but our favorite surely was the top room in the tower (#8) which also offers a lovely view of the ocean! But really the entire quinta is gorgeous. Also, the staff are great; very friendly and welcoming and they provide a wonderful breakfast each morning! There is lots to do on the property too after a day of sightseeing or just a relaxing day of staying in: pool, tennis court, gym, pool table and pretty sitting areas to enjoy reading a book. We also appreciated the bar where you could get a vast selection of drinks for affortable prices. We enjoyed having dinner in the restaurants close by. The closest is now our favorite because of the awesome sunset views, Moinho Dom Quixote.

I stayed here in August with my 7 year old for 6 nights. Up on arrival the staff were very helpful, the lady shown us to our apartment and i was shown how the kitchen equipment worked. The kitchen: had everything we needed for our stay. There was a fridge with small freezer, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All cooking utensils and plates etc. Everything was very clean and in good working order. There were washing up liquid, dishcloths and tea towels. The living room: this is open plan with the kitchen. There is a sofa (pulls out into a ned, we didn’t use this) and bench table, Tv (with a few English channels) and free WIFI (the WIFI is great when in the apartment, doesn’t reach to the pool). There is a balcony with a door from the living room and bedroom. Lovely view off the pool. We have 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs and umbrella. The bedroom: The bed is huge! And comfortable. Fresh white clean sheets. Perfect. We also had a wardrobe. Bedside tables and lights. The Bathroom: our bathroom was small but had everything we needed. Shower worked great, hot water and good pressure. All clean maybe just needs a freshen up with a lick of paint. There were toilet roll and soap provided. Fresh clean white towels are lovely and soft. The cleaning staff are very good. They came every day and changed our towels and bedding when needed. The pool: the pool is amazing. My Son loved it. If you are staying in the apartments you can pick your place around the pool and that is reserved for you for your whole stay! Sun beds have comfortable sponge mattresses. The poor is salt water. There is one big slide, and driving plinth, two slides for children and a small slide for small children. Up some steps from the pool is a snack bar, that sells alcohol. We had fish and chips and a hot dog. All reasonably priced. However it shuts at 7pm when the pool closes. There is also a ice cream bar and they also sell inflatable toys. Location: just over the road is a market that sells fresh fish and fruit. 5-10 minute walk is the local town, beach, restaurants and play park. There is a tram that takes you to Sintra and a bus stop in the central of the town. Overall friendly staff, great facilities and perfect location. The view is amazing. Just wish they had a restaurant on site but it’s not a long walk to town.

This hotel is very basic. Not really close to anything. You can only buy coffee during breakfast hours. To get a drink in the " bar" you need to ask the front desk clerk to call the restauurant staff then go to the restaurant to get it. The pool bar is open from 4 to 7 but they arrive anytime before 4:30 and close at 6:00 because it's their dinner break. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful and Ana at the front desk ia amazing! She made our stay worthwhile.

One could not find a more gracious hostess than Isabell. She provided every courtesy that could be expected during our recent 3 night stay. This included: -local eateries -points of interest -research for & transportation to a local covid testing clinic for our return flight -our open invitation, should she visit the St. Augustine, FL area ( not so far fetched as she has family in the states ) to allow us to be her tour guides. ????

We booked a family stay in July 2020 (booked in October 2019). Covid meant that our flights were cancelled and we had to cancel the holiday. At the time of writing (January 2022) we have asked for our money back several times and have been told that they can’t afford to return it. We have no protection as we booked directly with them and fear our money is lost. It looks like a lovely place but you may well lose your money
