Reviewed By mariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieThe hotel does the job in the sense that it is comfortable, clean, well located, functional, and with a very nice view over the city of Obregon. While the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there is a restaurant literally next door that is quite convenient to eat or have a drink. However, I feel like it could do better in terms of service. For example, our room was not cleaned until 5pm when we stayed there, even though we had been out of the hotel the whole day. Similarly, I saw other guests that had to wait for more than 1 hour to get their rooms (even though they had arrived after the checkin time of 3pm) because of cleaning and room readiness issues. We also had to request every day for the same number of towels as were people staying in the room, every day, they would leave us with only 2 towels. Finally, as mentioned in several reviews, the elevators are very slow, that it takes 10 minutes to go up to your room and really discourages you to go back in case you have forgotten something.

Reviewed By gregorio12947The check in was very slow. The staff does not seem attentive to the guests. They are polite though. I do not know what else to write I am just writing to fulfilfil the requirements of the application which is another complaint. This is a complete waste of time

Nice place to crash
Reviewed By OmartaquitoWe needed a place to sleep on our way south from Arizona and this did the job. They don’t have parking which sucks but the area is ok. The room had thin walls with one of the adjacent rooms so we were able to overhear their activities a little (not too bad) They had A.C. which was great as it’s hot down there. There was also a mini fridge. The bed wasn’t the cleanest looking and I found a hair on it. The staff wasn’t super helpful in aiding me to find a parking spot that I could leave my trailer at.

Nice little taquerias and restaurants with excellent and cheap home-cooked regional meals at 2 minutes walking distance.
