Reviewed By tungkyThe hotel is undergoing renovation so it is noisy espcially on the 6th floor. The worse thing is the renovation is still ongoing at 10pm. Clearly, they do not want their guests to rest. Had to complain at twice to the receptionist and manager on site ti they stop work at 10.20pm. Room is normal. Bedsheets is dirty with holes. There is hair on the bed as well. I guess they don't change linens between guests. The manager on site is nice and helpful though. Helped to resolve the noise issue promptly. That is the only reason 2* was given.

Lil bit disappointed with the bathroom
Reviewed By 718arinahThe hotel is quite nice but once enter the room is kinda smell not good, we think that it because of the room never used before.. And we still ok with that. Once we checked the bathroom it lil bit dirty and when we use the toilet flush it have very loud dang sounds and it make us really uncomfortable... The light also not the lighting is dim, so we need to turn on all the lamp once we do a make up in the night.

Reviewed By Harun RSindoro salah satu hotel cukup lama di Cilacap, sudah kali ke 3 saya menginap disana, untuk fasilitas kamar cukupa baik sdh modern, AC dingin, Terdapat TV LCD dengan chanel cukup banyak, fasilitas air mineral, disediakan Handuk, sandal dan fasilitas mandi (sabun, sampo, sikat gig dan pasta gigi, untuk menu sarapan mungkin yang harus ditingkatkan lagi, makanan kurang hangat, bila kita datang kesiangan untuk menu standar lah, harga kamar tidak begitu mahal, standar sesuai dengan fasilitas yg di dapat
