We had a Superior Twin for 2 nights to be closer to Disneyland and Disneysea. The room was huge and had comfy beds and pillows. The hotel has a couple of restaurants (which we didn't utilise) and a 24/7 natural lawsons in the lobby. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes over to the parks almost every 10-15 minutes which was very handy to have. We would stay here again.

The most experience was nice, especially the meals and staffing at the restaurant were lovely. Fontana the main dining was cozy and quiet, we enjoyed a great dinner with professional service. But the front desk was horrible. They didn't show which cost will be subject to the hotel points. I think this accommodation does not have integrity. If you are a mileage runner or point collector, please avoid this hotel. Totally different from The Okura Tokyo. オークラブランドのホテルとして認識しておりましたが、首をひねるサービスがフロントで多々あり、参りました!

It is my long held belief that in the hospitality industry the service level depends on the level of control, expertise and experience that top management can transfer onto each and every staff member. Mr Markus Kosch sets the example for all the follow in this Hilton and he does so in a difficult environment to control, with high overnight guest turnover rates, in a family resort hotel next to Disney Japan. Yet the team, manages to be kind, professional, efficient and helpful at any moment of day or night. They manage to let the guests enjoy their stay at the fullest without one guest impeding on the others experience. It is a relief for my wife and me to be here and we will extent our stay till one month. Deciding to stay in a family resort next to Disney was ready to lower my expectations and adapt them to the best possible rather than simply the best. In doing so, I shortchanged Mr Kosch and his team for which I fully apologize. They deliver the full and complete Hilton experience and go out of their way to go the extra mile. I am impressed. And I know myself to be a very demanding customer. Fair, but demanding and even difficult. But when it is good, it is good. And when it is very good to excellent than, as a difficult customer, I hurry to be one of the first to salute and express my respects and gratitude to a job extremely well done. From the moment my taxi stopped, to a personal greeting by the GM, a flawless check in, a very nice room, courteous and friendly service by all staff without exception, the quality of the food ( again not easy in view of the numbers and guest turnover), the lounge setting and service, the cups and glasses in the room, the respect for the environment in active attempts to limit the use of plastics....it can't be faulted. I admit, I am impressed and that is a feeling that a rarely experience these days. I now wrote twice that I am impressed in this review and that must be a first for me. Those readers that would think me overstating my praise, do not know me. I am not genetically inclined to give compliments when they are not earned. But this hotel is earning it stars with distinction every day, with motivated, friendly efficiency and hard work. I would gladly pin an extra star on each of the staffs uniforms. They earn it

I stayed at the property for 1almost two weeks with my family in July 2019. It was the worst choice and the worst experience of my life. The staff was unfriendly, impolite , lazy and arrogant. The food was worst, it was far from the public transport. Probably , i will never stay there, even for free. It was never worth the money i spent.

The hotel was pretty good and up to the high stanrd I expect for Japan. It was clean and well maintained. Experienced a earthquake while I was there the hotel felt very safe. There was a shuttle service directly from the airport it takes awhile going there because there is a maze of one way roads around the hotel. The restaurant downstairs had good Japanese fare for the weary traveler and a few shops for general goods and souvenirs. Used to dealing with foreigners the staff spoke excellent english. They put out a baby crib for us at no extra charge.

Rising majestically over Tokyo Bay, the metropolitan Makuhari Prince Hotel is drawing worldwide acclaim as Japan's newest international business center. Offering a high level of hospitality, this urban hotel has some outstanding features including restaurants with spectacular views, and state-of-the art wedding and conference facilities. Best of all, the Makuhari Prince is strategically located near both business and leisure areas of Tokyo, making it the perfect starting point for business travelers who also want to add some vacation time.
Wow. This place exceeded all my expectations! Great location. Incredibly beautiful hotel inside and out. The rooms came with toothbrush and toothpaste, and hair brush, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Interesting (miso soup, small fish baked whole, minestrone soup etc) and delicious breakfast! There were western options as well for breakfast like small bite size French toast and croissants. The cappuccino machine only gives very small portions. But it’s a buffet so get as many and as much as you want. Very nice customer service. There is a CONVENIENCE STORE (Lawsons) inside the hotel!! Along with a spa (with a ladies only option). No tattoos in the spa and you must be fully naked! No swimsuits. But you do get this cool robe I forget the actual name, and slippers to traverse the hotel in. Only not in restaurants is the robe allowed. There are tons of restaurants cafes, sky views, literally if you need/want it it’s probably a short walk from the hotel but realistically the hotel probably has it inside the hotel somewhere. They only had smoking rooms because I booked same night, and it was not bad as a non smoker at all. Very clean and only a faint smoke smell. There were signs saying don’t smoke in the beds please and I appreciated that. Overall awesome time!

We (2adults 2 kids) stayed in two types of rooms first was Baby’s Sweet - “Marron” (via booking.com) room (rm no. 1114): bed is on elevated ground, sofa bed, has space for children to move around, a microwave to reheat food for toddlers. The shower tub and bidet are together in one room. DHC shower shampoo; conditioner and body foam, toothbrushes; razor; cotton buds; wet tissues and bath salts were provided :). There’s a sliding door which closes to separate the sleeping area from shower/toilet. Small fridge, tv, humidifier, feet massager, kettle, cups and instant coffee provided. Wardrobe may look small but fitted all of our jackets during winter. Second room we stayed was Kiddy Sweet - “Mille Feuille” room (rm no. 1228) which is more spacious than “Marron” room. The beds were also on elevated floor (saves us the worries of children falling off high beds); an even more comfortable sofa facing the tv with a cute coffee table where children eat snacks). This room is much more spacious for all to move around. We could open 2 luggage or more at same time. There is separate bathtub/ shower room from the bidet; also the basin for tooth brushing/hand wash is separate from shower and bidet. There is no microwave nor any wardrobe but there are hooks for hanging jackets which worked out fine for us. Both rooms were much more spacious than the “Triple room” we had stayed before two years ago. The hotel is - next to Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay - a stone throw away from Aeon mall where there are restaurants, MacD and other fast food restaurants, supermarket with food court and shops. - less than 5 mins sheltered walk from Shin- Urayasu train station - Atre mall is right at the train station (a small section selling “Afternoon Tea” goods) - Airport Limousine bus stop (arriving from both airports) is about 5 mins or so, there’s a slope/ramp for those with luggage to reach the hotel lobby. This ramp/slope leads to both hotels Urayasu Brighton and Oriental Tokyo Bay). To take airport limousine bus to both Haneda & Narita airports, either cross the traffic junction or walk along the sheltered bridge towards Shin-Urayasu train station until you see an elevator on the left side at end of bridge. Take the elevator down with your luggage to ground floor and turn right to walk towards the pavement that is along the main road. As you walk along the pavement, you will reach the traffic junction, turn right and the airport bus stop is a few meters ahead. A airport limousine bus’ staff was stationed there to help/manage the queue. You pay the bus driver when you board the bus towards airport. - provides free shuttle bus service to Tokyo Disney sea and land parks (time schedule is available in their website). There was no queue for it when we took it in the morning 8am, a short queue when we took it at 10pm to return to hotel. The shuttle bus stop at Disney parks are a bit of walk to the main gantries into the parks. - can purchase Tokyo Disney parks tickets at the hotel but note that the tickets will only be an A4 black/white printout. Unlike the cute Disney ticket (card size) you will get if staying at Tokyo Disneyland hotel. - breakfast buffet at a few is available however we did not dined in as it was not offered in Grand Cinq whereby we had dined in before during our previous stay. - Lawson convenience store is right at the hotel, there is an ATM inside. - Disney store is also in the hotel for last minutes Omiage/souvenir shopping. - coin operated laundry machines are also available (details online) The whole journey from Shin-Urayasu station to Shibuya/ Shinjuku can be pretty long and tiring as we had to walk quite a distance to transfer trains at Tokyo Station. The front desk staff used an electronic device to translate what they wanted to convey from Japanese to English. Despite a little poor in customer service during check-in, we loved both rooms especially “Mille feuille” room and would want to return just to stay here again especially when we are visiting Tokyo Disney parks too.

The room is confortable and the staff memberds are kind and helpful. We booked a "pleasure room" and room wifi was not available, which was adrawback. Very conveniently located to Tokyo Disney Resort. However, parkinf fee was a little bit expensive, namely 2700 yen/ stay.
