Reviewed By Vladimir RHotel is located near the city center, on the banks of the Danube. Modern, reminiscent of similar middle-class hotels. The hotel has its own parking lot. The staff is friendly. Disinfection measures due to the pandemic are strictly observed. The rooms are clean, the beds spacious and comfortable. Fast wifi. Breakfast is solid. Water in the indoor pool is quite cold, very good sauna.

Comfortable hotel in a nice area
Reviewed By frequenttraveller63The surroundings are very pleasant (just a few minutes walk to the lake), although the hotel itself doesn't have any views of much except the carpark. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a small balcony. The food is good - although only breakfast is served on the premises. For lunch and dinner, it is necessary to walk a few hundred metres down to the hotel's restaurant located by the lake. The hotel was very peaceful when we were there, during the week. But as we left on Friday, coachloads of tourists were coming in. The hotel, restaurant and surroundings could become rather busy and noisy on weekends and holidays. We were here for a workshop. The meeting facilities were good.

Reviewed By kisskThe property is very new, some of the spaces are not finished yet. The location is also very good only few minutes away from the lake and the Danube. It offers free and working wifi and free parking. One of the problem that it has no breakfast. Overall is a very good choice if you visit the region and it is great value for money.

Quite a hotel tucked away in a corner of Serbia

When we travel to some of the smaller cities, are expectations are never disappointed if we keep them low. So when travelling to Paracin (a beautiful place by the way) we had pretty modest expectations. this hotel exceeded all of them. the room is exceptionally large by normal hotel standards and has a great bed and a huge desk. which since we are working, is quite helpful. the resident restaurant is quite good and serves good size portions for the price. the internet is free and has reasonable speeds. so if i were to rate against hte world class hotels, it is a 3.4 to 4. rating it against our expectations for smaller cities, it is a five.

Hotel Park is the latest hotel in luxury hotel chain-A HOTELI. It is situated on the main promenade in Vrnjačka Banja city centre, with beautiful appearance attracting attention of numerous tourists. After years invested in reconstruction and renovation of the previous facility which was closed for over a decade, hotel Park with its new looks and specific rustic facade contributed to even more beautiful impression of Vrnjačka Banja.
Bascially nice, but several things still to work on
Reviewed By frequenttraveller63The location is great, right in the centre of Vrnjačka Banja and within easy reach of most destinations. The rooms (and beds) are extremely large and comfortable, and are both clean and new. The staff is lovely, and very friendly and helpful. And there's a great ice cream shop right next door :) But other aspects didn't exactly blow me away. The decor is cheap and glitzy, and not really very appealing. The central location means that it can be quite noisy at night if you keep the windows open. Which seems to be necessary, as the in-room air conditioning doesn't see, to function. However much I set the temperature low, there was no effect. The restaurant food (buffet) is pretty awful, the same every day and nothing to write home about - and no signs to tell you what the food is in each hotplate...! Odd pictures on the dining room wall of bloodthirsty Serb-Turkish horseback battles and obscure Serbian poets and authors. We were having a conference, and the meeting room was awful - small, no windows or ventilation, and unbearably hot. So ... some very nice and good aspects, and some which definitely need to be improved. A mixed review!

Reviewed By MilicaO3We choose Zepter hotel for this vacation. But we were very disapointed. Standard lux rooms are very small. We didn’t get toiletries every day! Dinner is untill 09pm, but if you are there in 08pm food is poor. Also we were there with child, but we didn’t get extra pillow and bedding for her... We were in july here in Vrnjacka Banja also but in other 4* hotel... but that hotel and zepter can’t be compared! Pool is big and clean! Staff in wellness and spa is also ok!

Reviewed By Marco-91984Wir sind als Familie mit einem 1-Jährigen Kind gereist. Erstes Warnsignal sollte der große beleuchtete Name "HOTEL BELLA NELLA" sein. Denn wenn hier schon etwas nicht stimmt, wie es in unserem Fall war, dann sollte man lieber 2x schauen. Die Beleuchtung für das "E" und für einen "Stern" sind ausgefallen. Das Empfangspersonal ist nett, aber auch nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Die Koffer mussten wir alle selber in den 2. Stock schleppen. Die Zimmer sind total runtergekommen. Alt und nicht wirklich sauber. Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und auf der Matratze, die Jalousien waren nicht montiert und lagen einfach am Boden. Die Vorhänge sahen widerlich aus. Es hat mich regelrecht angewidert, diese zu berühren. Die Fenster sind schmutzig gewesen. Das Badezimmer wies hohe Abnutzung auf. Total lieblos. In jedem Hotel kann man, wenn man sich etwas zu trinken bestellt - vor allem am Pool - die Rechnung auf das Zimmer schreiben lassen. In diesem Hotel muss man immer Bargeld oder die Karte dabei haben um Rechnungen sofort zu begleichen. Im Restaurant hat man beim "bezahlten" Frühstück keine Getränke inklusive. Man zahlt für seinen Orangensaft, Kaffee oder Wasser. Das Essen ist Ok, was jedoch nicht ok ist, dass man fast eine ganze Stunde auf sein Essen warten muss. Jedes mal. Obwohl nichts los ist. Was kann solange dauern, wenn man einen Salat bestellt. Das Wasser im Außenpool ist viel zu kalt für ein Kleinkind Wir empfehlen euch, sucht euch ein anderes Hotel.
