Great location with a fabulous restaurant on site. Owners & reception staff were exceptionally helpful & pleasant. Very convenient having large chalets alongside one another for large family holidays. Chalets very clean & comfortable. Lovely pool area, we even swam in the rain. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Cayley Mountain Resort is located in the Central Drakensberg, overlooking the Cathkin Peak and Champagne Castle ranges. After the stress and strain of the past months it was a great to relax here in Olde World charm in a modern setting – we were here for four nights B & B and on two nights ate in with a table of the house offering that did not disappoint – the owners were in residence and could not do enough to make us welcome and comfortable – quality period furniture and bric-a-brac - well positioned to explore this lovelly part of the Drakensburg

The best self catering accommodation I have ever booked online! Dave and Les (the hosts) have put tremendous thought and work into this incredible property. A well equipped self catering cottage, with a fire place, renovated bathrooms, outdoor shower and the most sensational hot tub and braai area (very private for each unit) with the best view of the Drakensburg mountains and hillside. The property has access to a beautiful trail for walking, multiple areas with gorgeous flowers and plants and a lake for fishing too. Although well situated for activities, after visiting the area, Ama Casa has the best view and everything else you need for a relaxing, tranquil and rejuvenating stay.

River Crossing is a favourite for honeymooners, large families, golfers and conference attendees as we are 7 minutes from a world class golf course and conference centre. Beautiful panoramic views of farmlands in the delightful Champagne Valley and the majestic mountains, Champagne Castle and Cathkin Peak. Loads of activities nearby (at own cost) including quad biking, abseiling, archery, hiking, horse-riding, helicopter flips, outdoor bird show, tree top canopy tours, swimming, river rafting, etc.
Thank you Ryan for making our stay as comfortable as possible and thank you for going the extra mile. The braai you brought closer, the candles your brought when loadshedding kicked in. Thank you Terence for arranging a microwave. All much appreciated..
