Value for money but poor attention
Reviewed By phd2555Room was comfortable but certain rooms lack a bar fridge. Service at the restaurant was exceptionally poor especially by the newer, younger staff (I have stayed here before). The guy at the reception is poorly qualified to remember an instruction, the hotel staff literally ignored me in the evening when the restaurant was almost empty.

Cold water, loud music, bad food, poor wifi signal
Reviewed By Vitaveritawe stayed there for 1 night only (thank God). no warm water to shower, not all the options on the menu available. i ordered churrasco and they gave me a piece of fried pork (completely something else). other guests were hanging out at the pool side with full volume singing karaoke until late night.

Reviewed By MPP1411Tenía un evento en Cartago con la familia y decidimos ir a este hotel céntrico y muy limpio. Hay un problema en la entrada, el acceso es a través de escaleras (no existe ascensor hasta recepción) por lo que trunca la ida a toda persona que no se pueda movilizar libremente. No sirven desayuno, habitaciones amplias y limpias pero con un problema, hay una banderola en la parte superior de una de sus paredes sin cortinas, por lo que a la mañana el sol entra por allí despertándolo a uno. El estacionamiento es a la vuelta del hotel. Muy interesante las decoraciones de los dormitorios.

Reviewed By carolina-diaz-2020Terrible el lugar queda ubicado frente a una zona de solo cantinas, la verdad llegué a pensar que es zona de tolerancia, no te deja dormir el ruido de la música, la gente y las riñas callejeras A los empleados poco y nada les importa que no puedas dormir, no te reubican ni llaman a la policia Aunque los baños son recien remodelados y son limpios, después de terminada mi visita a Cartago vi hoteles mas económicos y de mejores condiciones
