Reviewed By HMorgan1210Comfort of this hotel was slightly below of the mercure standard around the world, but the very disappointing matter was wifi, very weak and sometimes not working at all. Honestly for a good level hotel that´s not acceptable.

They don't know what's in the food they serve and handle glasses and other table ware recklessly, eg.: they put their hands on the rim of our glasses after they served our drinks. I think that is disgusting! The rest was OK.

Reviewed By BrazilACANice room, comfortable bed. AC working well for the very warm days in Campinas. The check-in process however is very annoying. Each guests needs to provide ID, email address and sign a document. Even my 75 year old mon and my 17 year old daughter.

Reviewed By Fabricio RThe fact that this hotel currently ranks number 5 in Campinas, or is even within the TOP10, blows my mind. Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in May of 2018. On my second night there was a happy-hour party at the pool for atendees of a convention. There was loud music until 11 PM, followed by equally loud conversations by guests who left the party at maybe 2 AM. Called front desk and demanded action, but they could or would not help. Mind you, the front desk is maybe 20m far from where the party was being held. I am guessing that this happens quite frequently there, so if you want a good night's sleep, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a hotel. Even if you are attending a convention, look elsewhere. Other than this, which is already a no-go for me, this is an ordinary place, with unwelcoming, spartan-looking and in-need-of-renovation rooms. Front desk staff also left something to be desired in terms of courtesy and efficiency.

Reviewed By Adri977My time with my kids in the property was tranquil and good. We really liked a lot. The staff is respectiful. The bathroom could be a little bit bigger, and the extra bed could be on the floor. Anyway, was amazing.
