No refunds

Reviewed By Likes2Eat4fun

Careful this hotel DOES NOT issue refunds for any reason. They will not even give you a future credit. BOOK ELSEWHWERE!! You never know what arises and you may need to cancel. I feel it is standard for chain hotels to issue a refund or future credit at least 48 hours prior to booking. This is poor customer service in their part, and poor business.

Senior Class Trip

I recently lead a class trip with 101 high school seniors and 19 chaperones. Planning hotels for 120 people isn't easy, but they made it as easy as I've experienced in 10 years doing this. Extra shout out to the breakfast manager who was more excited to see the kids then the kids were to be on the trip. Can't wait to use them again for next year's trip.

The rude lady at the front desk

Reviewed By Simply_Smith719

I recorded just because I couldn’t believe what was happening. She didn’t ask, she demanded that I have on a mask and she didn’t have on a mask nor did the mean balding guy. I’m pretty much a laid-back person and I also am very respectful. I asked her why was she being so rude and she said if I didn’t want to stay here I didn’t have to. She told me my card declined but it never was tried, forcing me to go get cash. Very condescending very disrespectful. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully at a hotel in my life. The rooms are mediocre, room service is bare minimum and you can forget about a breakfast. My only wish is that they replace these too rude people and upgrade the smelly rooms- As you can see nothing as advertised, things are missing and there’s hair in the laundry- NEVER AGAIN!

Possible Drug Den, Absolute Disaster!

Reviewed By LexiMLH

I stayed here several times when it was still part of the Quality Inn and one time when it was a Roadway. That time there was some suspect behavior with prostitutes so I left. I made the mistake of booking here because of a last minute family emergency but even for that I’d NEVER stay here. Once we finally got into room 108 there were burns EVERYWHERE. The blanket, sheets, wall paper, door, carpet, table, even the TOILET SEAT had burns in it. I don’t even know how you burn a toilet seat?! But it smelled of smoke even though it was listed as smoke free, had a hole in the wall, a large piece of furniture was missing (chair or couch) the bed had a big dip in it, stains everywhere, door lock was broken as If someone tried to kick the door in, heater was broken, and it was just an overall disaster. I literally checked in and checked right out within 15 minutes. I absolutely wouldn’t stay here. We think the room was used for drugs with the small little burns everywhere. Just horrible.
