New bedding needed asap
Reviewed By BlondeMedicCheck was good and Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly! There is a ton of parking. The included breakfast was nice. As long as there's a waffle maker, my son is happy. Nice juice selection, bread and bagels, yogurt, a few hot selections, fruit and cereal. The room was a really nice size and our complimentary upgraded suite was so quiet. The towels were white and soft and clean. The bedsheets were disastrous! They had holes were so worn. The fitted sheet wouldn't stay on as the elastics were stretched out. There was only a duvet cover, no duvet inside?! There were big bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner, nice touch. The curtains needed to be cleaned, they were very dusty. The debit machine didn't work the whole weekend so I had no choice but to use a credit card.

Rude staff

They processed the reservation and made sure they are already prepaid via Expedia, then she told me “ we’re sorry” the room isn’t ready. Had to wait a couple hours until they got a room ready. Never had such a terrible experience before and never had to deal with disrespectful annoying front person

I stayed here for three days and slept like a rock! Very quiet rooms, which is nice for a change! Thanks to the staff for taking care of me!

Very dated and needs upgrades

The ceramic floors were cracked in several places, the elevator is noisy, shaky and a bit scary, the paint is peeling off the walls and there are no accessible rooms ( all rooms have tubs no walk ins). The staff are pleasant and accommodating and the room seemed to be clean. Breakfast bar had a good variety of items to choose from but the sausages and bacon were very overcooked/ burnt.

Reviewed By muriahu2020The microwave and fridge was nice to have in our 2 queen bed room. Views suck but convenient location. Quiet hotel but air conditioner in room has a constant rumble. Shower, no tub. Killed a silverfish bug in the bathroom. Had 2 disinfectant wipes so you can clean switches and remote. Front desk checking was fast and friendly.

Convenient but could use some upgrades
Reviewed By kschel918034The location was awesome. We were close to just about anything we needed or wanted, and in a lot of cases within easy walking distance. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room we stayed in was very dated. AC unit wasn't working properly, we asked for a fan which staff did quickly bring us. Mattresses were quite comfortable though there was an indentation from where previous customers had slept. Our room also had glue or something on the mirror in the bathroom which was weird and a bit offputting. Overall cleanliness was great. We had breakfast included but weren't up early enough to partake so I'm not sure how it was.

Ground floor rooms have patio door access. Enjoy our complimentary hot breakfast in the new breakfast room. Breakast available daily includes eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, hot and cold ceral, breads, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. Our beautiful, park-like setting is the best place to rest when experiencing all that the Cambridge area has to offer. Only 20 minutes from the African Lion Safari and easily accessed from HWY 401 welcome.

Reviewed By OakvilleDave1970We arrived at this hotel for my sons hockey tournament so we weren’t expecting the 4 seasons. However the staff at the entrance wouldn’t even acknowledge us upon arrival. When we were finally able to check in (the staff were too busy out front smoking) the room was discussing with used tissues beside the bed, tons of hair on the bathroom floor and tub and some sort of excrement on one comforter. Frankly my wife almost a vomited when she realized she had slept in such a disgusting and unclean bed. Breakfast was included. Didn’t expect much but we were still disappointed. Nothing but a take back to your room Microwave burrito. We could get out of there fast enough. It’s not a bling hotel but not excuse for rude people and a filthy hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Reviewed By Darrenshort57Save your money. This was the worse experience ever in all my experience staying at hotels and I stay at hotels 3-4 days a week. The cleanliness was unacceptable, front desk lady was rude , stains on walls and patio door. ( God knows what this was.) Had to ask for towels and toilet tissue the following day. Dust on the bed frame looked like it never has been cleaned. ( I have asthma )
