500 baht gets you a very clean room. It is small but the bed is comfy. The wifi is fast and the shower works. Super friendly staff. Safe carpark out the back. Night market next door. Careful of the mozzies. TV was just a few local channels. Was offered coffee in the morning downstairs but declined.

En route I was politely and efficiently called and informed that the hotel had a transformer blow up and Booking.com would transfer me to to a BURITEL which was not acceptable to me. The Royal booked me eventually at the CROSS VIBE hotel - bit isolated but of very good standards, friendly staff and THE best Breakfast Buffet encountered during my 10 days trip thru Isan.

Coming to cheer on Buriram United? You’ll find us conveniently situated in their home ground at Thunder Castle Stadium, less than a two-minute walk from the main action. We’re so into the club, we’ve themed the hotel around it! But, we’re not just about soccer. Make the most of your stay by visiting Chang International Circuit, host to MotoGP, SuperGT and other thrilling motor sport races. Take a walk to Buriram Castle and explore the beauty of the Khmer civilisation of the past. You’ll also find a modern-day community mall inside the castle, featuring restaurants as well as clothing and souvenir stores. It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the local culture and pick up some colourful gifts for your friends and loved ones back home.
I have stayed at Amari Burirum several times and never ever been disappointed. The staff are doing a fantastic job to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, highly recommended. Stay one night and you will go back again.

The Park is located in quiet and private surroundings, near the Knong-ta-moo pond, Nangrong, Buriram, Thailand. The rooms are decorated in a modern resort home style, and have lots of facilities such as an air conditioner, electric shower, cable television, telephone, refrigerator, and wifi internet connection. The resort is not far away from Prasat Hin Phanomrung, which is one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in Thailand. Last but not least, whether you need to conduct your business or escape from the working world, The Park is the perfect gateway to an idyllic location.
I've stayed here a few times now and it is certainly my hotel of choice when in this area. Clean, friendly and reasonably priced it includes a good Thai breakfast. Can be a little difficult to find when you don't know the area but ideally located for exploring the restaurants along the lake side in Nangrong and perfect for visiting Panom Rung.

It looked good in the photos but either it's not finished, or the global pandemic has forced them to close most of the hotel down. I don't think there were many people staying at the time we were there but I'll highlight the pros and cons. Pros - good breakfast included. Not a buffet due to lack of customers, but a choice of 3 types and all come with juice, water, coffee, toast, and the portions are generous. Close to the station, so good if that's how you're travelling. Cons - rooms are quite small and the furniture has definitely seen better days. Small bathroom with little thought for where the water from the shower ends up. No lift, though the shaft is there - not sure if it's in progress or abandoned. Pool looks ok but was closed for renovation when we were there.

The Nang Rong garden hotel is a country style hotel. Lets begin with the good, it's quiet and peaceful, and very secluded. Off the beat and path. Nice garden trees and flowers. The room was very clean and complete... The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The swimming pool was fair to good being all thailand pools are salt water. The tv was small and super low volume,,,,but it did not matter unless you speak thai! On to the improvements.... This is the country!!! Bugs bugs bugs! So if your the faint of heart and don't like being visited by ants mosquitos and geckos you might want to reconsider... The hotel host only speaks thai a bit difficult for English speaking guests. But ok. The swimming pool has unrealistic hours! Really 6 to 9 am ? 4 to 6 pm? The bathroom is one large room,,, standard thai, shower water is always on the floor. But the biggest issue I see is the standing water barrels that contain flowers... Any standing water,,,,, and the standing water to the rear of property breeds mosquitoes. If you like water in barrels add small fish!!!! Heavy mosquitoes. Thai people are use to this,,,but fair skin attracts them. Also perfume will attract them too. 17 bites! The screaming geckos inside and out of the room did not bother me... They eat other bugs that I don't like. I enjoyed them. But my woman on the other hand was not so happy. They scream! Over all my stay was comfortable....Very relaxed! The hotel did go out of the way to move my stay ahead one day.Good job! This is thailand taxis, buses, and transportation is on and off. We rented a scooter as driving here is a bit crazy. Wear a helmet tickets are 200.00 THB. Wear your seat belt taxi drivers don't tell you 400.00THB ticket. The room offers bottle water USE IT!!!!! Do not drink the tap water! The street vendors for food are a bit questionable. Be careful... This is not my first trip. Go to the big shopping centers malls and the food Prep and cook areas are clean. Its your best bet for eating. I did enjoy the outside fresh water prawns, clams. The fruit is close to the best I have ever had. Yellow mangos, watermellon Very sweet...Coconut milk is also good. Foot note bring lots of bug spray....deet for your body and ant spray for your room. And always bring your master card, visa, as USD cash in thailand is difficult. If the bills have a mark on them or a small tear the bank will not change them. This hotel prefers cash. No USD!!!!

The hotel was in quite an isolated location and as the directions link from Booking.com didn't work, if I had not had my Thai girlfriend with me, would not have found the hotel, all the signage was in Thai script!!! First the good, the room was quite spacious and the shower room was located off the small balcony, unusual but good, coffee making facilities were provided but not a lot else! breakfast was included but was of the very most basic Thai style with rice and some obscure spicy chicken stew and toast. There were numerous soi dogs around the hotel grounds with frequent fights, barking and howling going on, not good!
