Our second visit in 2022 and again a complete disappointment. Stayed there to visit family in Bromley and to celebrate the Queen's jubilee (at a street party on the 5th of June). Stayed three nights. Every night weeding parties at BCH. Guests in neighbouring rooms were very noisy and ruthless. Hotel staff not dealing with the situation adequately. Also our complaints about a very noisy bathroom air vent were not handled properly. Instead of fixing the air vent it only got switched off. Also the situation at the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Everyone deserves a second chance, but here it has been the wrong decision. No compensation had been offered to us despite having complained to the same receptionist who took our complaints about very noisy weeding party guests at our first stay in April 2022.

At Premier Inn London Orpington, you're in the ideal spot for a taste of English heritage. Take a stroll through the leafy green gardens at Charles Darwin's Down House, step back into Roman times at Crofton Roman villa or explore the mysterious underground maze of Chistlehurst Caves. Plus, we're close to Orpington station for speedy links straight into the bright lights of central London. After a day of adventure, treat yourself to a delicious dinner at Thyme restaurant before heading up for a great night's sleep in your modern, stylish bedroom, with a luxurious kingsize Hypnos bed.
Premier Inn Orpington is in a good location with good parking arrangements with nearby car park. It is not far from places of interest and shops and there is a good transport network in the location including trains to London. The hotel room was clean and welcoming. The only thing to complain about really was the availability of continental breakfast options.

I would like to thank all the friendly staff for making our weekend stay enjoyable.. The staff couldn't do enough for us and we will be staying in this hotel in the future. Last year we had a horrible experience in the Premier Inn at Eltham, never got an apology, so we were very sceptical in staying at another Premier Inn but we gave the hotel a chance and we were not disappointed. So thank you again. My only grudge regarding the Premier Inns is the lack of breakfast available for ceoliacs as myself especially when there is so much on the market.. ie, cereals, cousants sausages, black pudding, I still have to pay the same price even tho there is a lot I can't eat, this happens at all the premier Inn throughout the country.. Any thanks again Bromley 10 out of 10.

I was supposed to check in at 12:30pm and I got to the hotel and my room wasn’t ready till 3pm. It was my wedding day and myself and my bridesmaids needed to get ready which the hotel was aware of. I was panicking because of them I was 2 hours late for my wedding ! There was no apology or no care at all. Even seeing me panicking and rushing all they cared about is their payment. They even threathened to call the police. Terrible service

A reasonably priced hotel which is a convenient distance from Bromley town centre. I booked a room for one night and arrived early evening. There was an issue with the radiator (Room 1) that was faulty and could not be turned off. I couldn't sleep in a warm room and advised I need to leave and requested a refund Reception staff and the manager were polite and reasonable and provided an immediate 'no quibble' refund.

Ibis Budget Bromley is new to the Accor portfolio being previously a Travelodge. Unfortunately, the hotel is tired and requires work in terms of decoration, maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service which I am positive will come in time. The hotel does not offer any food and beverage facilities primarily it is rooms only. The location is excellent right in the centre of the main shopping district and close to the town’s restaurants and bars; the mainline railway station is only five minutes’ walk away and many buses stop right outside the hotel's front door.

We have eaten here several times In the past and it was always an amazing experience. Having not been here for several years we decided to celebrate our 10th anniversary and my wife's birthday. Due to covid restrictions we were outside in the marquee and were provided with a heater. Service was good and efficient but unfortunately the food let them down. My soft shell crab starter was very dry and lacked taste The mains were adequate but the chicken sashlick , consisted of just two large pieces of chicken and onions as expected , but given the prices just lacked presentation and taste, my main had a great sauce. Mumbai aloo potato was okay but not exceptional and paratha bread overly greasy. We had the tamasha special coffee which was great but due to being in the marquee we did not see it being prepared. The staff did provide an ice cream with candles for my wife's birthday. Overall the food was just okay , but expensive plus a 12.5 % service charge Was my wives birthday so did not make a fuss, but will vote with my feet and unlikely to return. Overall, standard fare food with higher than average prices

The woman there is very rude and the place isn’t as advertised, she had poor manners from the beginning to the end of the trip and I’ve never seen such a thing before. I regret ever going there and wish I went to an actual hotel that is even cheaper and better customer service.

The rooms are furnished with wall to wall carpeting & trendy furnishings. Our ultramodern bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. Every room has a 40" flat screen TV with freeview.
I made the mistake of not checking trip advisor before booking and went by the online booking site's pictures. I asked for a ground floor room and was given one on the 3 floor and no lift. The bed was awful, would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. As i was leaving the next day i seen loads of old beds in the carpark that looked more comfortable than the one in my room. The microwave was very dirty. Plus the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly with hairs and bits of wrapper. The floor tiles in the bathroom were lifting up from the floor. Also on the booking.com listing it said large tv with netflix capability. however that was not the case in my room. feel duped as i paid for a deluxe room, dread to think what a normal one must be like. Please don't stay here!
