Our room had an issue, and we were switched to a new room immediately. Olga and Natalia, front desk were so accommodating and friendly, all staff was very pleasant. Breakfast varied every day with a wide selection...and of course, those cinnamon rolls... Room was updated and clean, beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!! Just awesome Customer Service, thank you Jeremy for making our stay enjoyable !!

We checked in after delays in our flight from the UK at around midnight, and Linda on the desk, couldn't have been more helpful.She showed us our room and gave us one with a lake view which was perfect. The room was big and had a coffee machine and microwave. House keeping were great and everything was spotless. Breakfast was self service with lots of choice. Trinity on the desk was fab, as were the team. Swimming pool and patio were clean & fab.Yhe location was handy for all shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes to Lovers Key beach.Thanks to Brian, the manager, and his team for a great stay. We will be back

Very Grand Hotel!
Reviewed By california_usa2020_Arriving at this hotel, there is a very grand and luxurious feel to the hotel from the outside. There is ample parking right by the reception area. Walking into the hotel, through the grand entrance doors into the lobby is impressive. Check in was friendly and easy and we proceeded to our ground floor Two Queen room. The room was very large, with a desk, fridge, wardrobe and a very large, recently renovated, modern and impressive marble bathroom. This was one of our favourite rooms of our 2 week road trip. The only downside was that the Two Queen beds were certainly on the smaller side, meaning they were too small for 2 people to share – so we ended up having to sleep in separate beds. We did ask the Front Desk but were told there were no Kings available (which was odd as Expedia was showing some available to book for that day?). The hotel has an onsite Steakhouse which we didn’t try, a bar which seemed to always be closed and an outdoor poolside bar and restaurant which looked very nice, but again sadly we did not get chance to try. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the pool area over looks a stunning lake. For the size of the hotel grounds, the pool is relatively small, but there is a good sized jacuzzi which we spent a lot of time in. Sadly the hotel still employs a rather outdated system, where you must visit the front desk to sign out and sign back in pool towels, this is pretty crazy and often causes a delay and frustration when simply wanting to go the pool – please change this! Overall, this is a very grand and impressive hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend, we thought this hotel was incredible value for money.

Reviewed By united6051Pools and common outdoor areas are fantastic and not overcrowded. Truly amazing property. The residences are privately owned so a mixed bag of what you will get for your unit. The one annoying thing we encountered was the check in process - their check in time is late to begin with (4pm) and the room still wasn’t ready until 4:30. Then , elevators are very slow and there is no service elevator, so when we got to the building the staff were constantly using the elevators to move service carts and bins etc to the point it was easier to just use the stairs.

Reviewed By Patrick M"Boutique resort" where? This place has the smell, comfort and feel of a by-the-hour motel. Who wrote these reviews? Someone should investigate. The bathroom was gross, the beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioning is extremely loud and randomly comes on and off. They put us some trashy lawn furniture and weird decor and somehow convinced themselves they were a boutique resort and marina. Avoid.

Reviewed By RitaB312We were two couples, staying in two separate suites,for 5 nights in March, and over that time we were very disappointed due to the highly uneven cleanliness and service. The floors in the halls outside our rooms were filthy, the suites when we arrived were unevenly cleaned, with some corners and furniture areas showing evidence of being long ignored. I was happy I had brought along a can of Lysol spray. While we often saw a person with a vacuum in the halls, we never saw that vacuum being used- the operator was always looking at his phone in a corner. The pool looked inviting, until our friends witnessed a baby in regular diapers in the pool. While the breakfast area was clean and the 1 staff member at breakfast there was very helpful, the food was very disappointing for a nearly $300/night accommodation; when the oatmeal ran out an hour before the end of breakfast, it was not replenished; the same for yogurt, fruit and other items . All the heated food was clearly precooked and/or previously frozen. Overall, the stay was very disappointing.
