Reviewed By Roger PNice place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Wifi not so good in the room I had but no problem outside in the bar. Good conference facilities. Food was nice and freshly cooked. Overall I would certainly stay here again

ADESUWA OFFERED SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reviewed By imonitieoI visited the hotel with my family from the 30th of December 2020 to the 2nd of January 2021 and it was a very restful experience. The environment is serene and clean. The staff are polite and mostly prompt. Of particular mention is one Ms. Adesuea who we met at the front desk. She recieved us very well and answered all our questions. During our stay, each time we had course to ask for anything, Adesuwa saw to it that we were promptly attended to. She was really very friendly and welcoming from our first meeting.. she was the same way even when we spoke on the phone to confirm my reservation. I will recommend that the management give her a good raise or a promotion. Her service to customers is very rare these days and indeed commendable. I will henceforth be visiting Limoh any time I am in town, and this is mainly because of the satisfactory customer service I recieved from dedicated staff such as Ms. ADESUWA.

Reviewed By RosemaryO709Nice hotel in a safe location. Rooms and grounds in perfect condition. Staff absolutely amazing, nothing is to much trouble. Breakfast is served as soon as you order, which consists of eggs, beans, sausage & toast. Please note the hotel has two floors no lift. I would also like to comment that room 206 only had a mirror in the bathroom, no socket to be able to blow dry hair. Would be an idea to add a mirror in the bedroom close to a socket. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Memorable Visit
Reviewed By Emmanuel NOur family weekend visit and stay at Choice Gate Hotel and Suites Benin City,left us with interesting memories to cherish. Facilities were just adequate and one can acknowledge the massive facelift and new structures being added. Located deep in the GRA one can observe that space might be a constraint in the near future. However, services were satisfactory and commendable.

FAIR, BUT NEEDS MORE ATTENTION
Reviewed By saxxin-'Booked this hotel on account of the Best Western label where I have a Gold Card and lodged in their other facilities in Europe and USA. It was disappointing getting there to realize the BW tag had been yanked off and now just ''Homeville hotel'' (see photos), obviously accreditation issues. Firstly the location isn't too good from the airport. The roads leading to the hotel were quite bumpy and rough. The rooms are spacious and comfortable assuring good sleep quality. However illumination was quite poor as one couldn't read with comfort with all the lights turned on including the table lamp! Oh, the drainage water from the air-conditioning kept leaking on to the floor all night. The swimming pool was well kept but the gym was locked up. The meals were comparatively pricey. A fair hotel but needs closer attention to details.

VERY BAD SERVICE, NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER, TEA OR COFFEE IN THE SUITE. TACKY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE . WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

Little Repairs will do the wonder
Reviewed By Okechukwu OStarted off on the wrong foot or bad setting; having a heated argument over my reservations over which I had made over three calls that were all answered in the day, the timely intervention of the Manager saved us what will had turned out to be a hectic night of looking for alternative accommodation that night. Because the hotel was fully booked I think the menu pricing was adjusted upwards because the new price was written over masking tape placed over the old price. The executive singles seems not to have floor drain causing uncomfortable pool of water though house keeping normally takes care of this but you are constrained until then. Good food though as inferred earlier high undisguised price. For room I did go for the classy overlooking the pool which is untraditionally clean considering other aspects

Reviewed By egiep2021A friend recommended the hotel to me in the UK, that the standard and the security was second to none at the hotel when he visited Benin City in January 2021. I spent 3 weeks at the hotel in August 2021 when I visited Benin City. The staffs were supportive and friendly, my room was comfortable and clean, I enjoyed myself at the outdoor bar by the poolside, their barbeque fish also by the poolside was great. Another highlight was the delicious food served at the restaurant and the room service was quite impressive. I'll recommend Prenox Hotel to anyone who wants peace of mind in Benin City.
