The Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville is located downtown in the heart of the central business district. Guests will enjoy convenient access to corporate offices, attractions and nearby highways.
We recently spent 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bartlesville. The staff was very friendly especially Cheyenne at the front desk and the wonderful staff in the restaurant and bar. It was our first time in the area and the staff gave us great suggestions on attractions and restaurants. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was great and many restaurants and stores are within walking distance.

Bartlesville doesn’t have many hotels. The Hilton is downtown and outdated. The Fairfield Inn rates extremely poorly. There is a nice Holiday Inn, but it’s further out from the main part of the town. You get the picture. The Hampton Inn has so far been the the best commercial chain that I’ve stayed in that’s close to the main part of town. The hotel has been completely remodeled. The rooms are clean, open, spacious. Same for the bathrooms. Refrigerator and microwave too, though no freezer. Nice guest laundry. Large business center. I like the online check-in and being able to choose my room in the app. The beds aren’t as soft as I would like, but they are softer than the Hilton Garden Inn. Open breakfast area, small pantry, plenty of parking, and right next to a large gas station with plenty of snacks and drinks. Several associates have stayed here too, and agree. Because of the “downtown” location near local restaurants and parks, I’m going to give the Hilton Garden Inn one more try, but if it isn’t any better this time around, the Hampton will probably be my go to when working here.

Fairfield Inn & Suites has been updated and completed renovation in 2017. We are located 42 miles northwest of the Tulsa International Airport via HWY 75. All of our rooms include free continental breakfast, complimentary internet access, microwaves, refrigerator, and iHOME alarm clocks with MP3 chargers. We are centrally located to all companies and attractions. Our inside heated pool and Jacuzzi were renovated in January of 2020. All guests have access to our fitness center on site.
Cleaning is not a priority here. The shower curtain was moldy, the drain in the shower was broken and there was something all over the wall. The sheets had stains. We checked in and dropped off our luggage to go see a baseball game. Would have switched hotels but we got back late and we’re tired. Did asked for another room but was booked from a track and field.

My room had black mold in the bathroom. Halfway through my stay I had property damaged from water that was sprayed into my room. I made a deal with manager that I would take a voucher to keep him from making his employee pay for the damage. However, he never sent the voucher after 2 months. I was also checked out early without my consent while I had a do not disturb sign on my room. All of my personal belongings were thrown in the garbage. I arrived back to an empty room and they did not take care of it. I will never stay at this hotel again or any HIE for that matter. Worst travel experience I have ever had.

Erica at the front was dealing with a very cranky client who had decided to change her reservation upon arrival and the place was booked up so it wasn't happening but was out of her control. She was very professional and very patient. She checked me in without even batting an eye like nothing had just happened and even recommended a great restaurant. The room was clean, comfortable and very well worth the cost. Erica is the BEST!!!

Newly Renovated!!! Looking for a place to stay in Bartlesville? Then look no further than Motel 6/Studio 6, a family-friendly hotel that brings the best of Bartlesville to your doorstep. Motel 6/Studio 6 offers complimentary parking, WiFi and indoor swimming pool. The property is completely renovated with new rooms and amenities. The property is pet friendly.
I know Motel 6 is “no frills”. I’m not particularly picky that way. But there is SO MUCH WRONG with this property that I hardly know where to start. The one thing that is OK are the two staff members—very friendly and polite. But they are alone doing everything, which means I’ve had to do a good bit of waiting. Other problems: Indoor pool: closed Elevator: out of order Ice machines: out of order Breakfast: no longer offered ( though it was still listed on the booking site) Walls paper-thin No coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, or hairdryer in room (as per various booking sites) Someone came to rekey the doors during our stay, but our keys stopped working after that, plus they didn’t do anything with the external security door, so the room keys cannot open them and we had to trek all the way back to front door to get in. Had to wait to get new key cards issued. Now security door is propped open so people don’t have to trek to the front, but, of course, no security. Daily housekeeping not happening (someone came on the first day to ask if we needed more toilet paper, but nothing after that.) Room seems to be basically clean, but shoddy workmanship apparent everywhere, no bed skirts to hide torn mattress, cabinet that used to have refrigerator and microwave standing empty and dusty, outlets a bit lopsided, floorboards missing around air conditioning unit). The whole place reeks of marijuana (and since we are halfway down the hallway, you can’t blame this reek on the people clustering around the exit to get their fix—-this is IN the building, and mingling badly with paint fumes) And of course everywhere they advertise this as “newly renovated” but we stayed (in fact are currently spending our last night) in the midst of a construction zone. It is being renovated and seems to still have a LONG way to go before it will be done. I am seriously disappointed, especially since I could have spent $20 more a night for a significantly better property and would actually have come out ahead, because we’d have had breakfast, a hairdryer, and morning coffee included instead of buying these things off-site ourselves. My advice: Go somewhere else. There is no way the “discount” here is worth the stink, hassle, and lack of security and staff.

Carpets were grimy, everything was broken, there were several different types of insects crawling all over, lights were not working in the parking lot, stairs to the second floor were falling apart. Front desk staff was very rude. You are safer and will get better sleep in your car.

I can’t recommend staying here as much as I would like to as the whole point was to stay in a FLW designed building. However, the A/C was not working, had apparently not been working for days, but we were not informed until we were standing there to check in and were offered the chance to rebook for a later date at a discount. Where were we supposed to go? Everything around sold out for miles because of PGA Championship in Tulsa. So we did the best we could with a fan and windows open. Was thankful we only planned for one night. The rooms are very nice and the design is outstanding but hard to enjoy when it’s 82 in your room. Take the tour (also hot but only 1.5 hours) and sleep elsewhere.
