Stayed in this hotel as it was closer to the o2. Rooms are clean and tidy as younwoykd expect of a Premier Inn. Staff are all very friendly. Lisa at breakfast was brilliant. She couldn't do enough for us.

Had a 2 night stay and the experience was very poor. Room wasn’t the cleanest and had marks on the floor. Corridor stunk of a strong disgusting odour and cannabis. Stayed at relatives on the 2nd night.

This was my second experience with an Ibis budget hotel. First time in Barking though. It has all the basic things that you require in a room. However, I would like to suggest that if possible, the room should be equipped with a kettle at least, if not the whole kit of tea/coffee making facilities. Clean and warm room. Thank you

Clean sheets towels ? Grubby peeling wallpaper☹️ with curious stains on wall paper? Hole in wall like a punch mark!!!! Toilet cistern had bits missing Room booked for 2 but only one shower towel in the room We were looking for business travel accommodation but totally not suitable. Too grubby, no customer service, slow to book in, did not feel safe and not even staying the night just checking it out as a venue…Not good.

Myself and my boyfriend were stranded in London and had trouble finding somewhere to stay. This was the only place available. And for £50 I honestly would have expected more. Three single beds and a TV that didn’t work properly. We joked about and said the Candyman was going to get us but we double checked the door all the time. If either of us wanted to go to the toilet down the hallway we made sure we went together! This was because the Uber driver told us it was a known place for crackheads to pick up from. The bloke at reception could not really understand what we was talking about, but was friendly enough. To be honest I didn’t sleep a wink and neither did he. We both left feeling worse than when we went in! 2 measly small towels to shower with. Yeah no thanks mate. The beds were creeky and the mattresses bumpy. I would not recommend this place. If you are that desperate don’t bother with this one. Trust me

After Booking.com failed to reserve a room at their sister hotel in Barking, we were offered a room here. The staff were very amenable and understood our situation, and we were offered a double room either on the first floor or second floor, we chose second floor, Room was adequate, very clean, with tea making facilities, bottled water and large smart to, double bed (good size) with a large wet style room containing shower, who and wc. Soft white bath towels and shower gel provided. The room overlooked Barking High street and came complete with A/C. Upon arrival into the room, we tried the sash window, only to be told by reception that the windows are not to be opened, the room has A/C The only downfall is that all rooms are situated over a pub/nightclub, and although the rooms are soundproofed, the loud music resonates through the building, and there is quite a lot of noise form outside the venue

Booked here for two nights and checked out after the first. The staff were the rudest ever and give me an unmade room, moved me to another then moved me out back into the unmade one claiming it was made and fresh. I had no TV, the bedsheets were rotten cracked tiles on bathroom floor and stained on walls. The noise from other so called guests was absolutely shocking and I never got a wink of sleep. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this complete hell hole. The photos are completely con on booking.com. Never ever again shocking
