Around to the beautiful scenery looking out to sea and impressive warm service All the amenities are complete. The food was delicious. If there is a chance, will go to stay again.

Reviewed By Marc WA small hotel, good value for the price, small pool, just across the street to beach/restaurants. Beach: a pity, that they only clean HALF of the beach with the Caterpillar driving accompanied by 6 staff - other half with a lot of garbage they ignore. Why?

Reviewed By Jet564592my wife and I stayed here over the weekend.I chose this property because of the reviews that says it had an excellent location. it does not. it is far removed from anything that's happening on the main drag as it is located at the complete opposite end of where everything is happening. true enough you can take a 20-minute walk in the heat down towards the middle of everything but getting any kind of a motorbike taxi or grab taxi to get back to the property is next to impossible. also the weekend traffic does not move. the weekend traffic is horrific. The service department is large and clean compared to most properties. and that was indeed a factor for me and this part of the description is accurate But the property is minimalist ... you get one small bath towel, although management will bring you another one if you ask and go to the trouble. toiletries were minimal for a service department or hotel and the soap was large enough that you might be able to clean one ear. The cable provider for TV is the cheapest in the area. therefore your selection of channels are minimal and the connection is so poor that most times you can't watch the TV. so if you have children this might be a consideration there is no beach or beach walk outside of the property but there is a pier..the pier and surrounding water is filthy. But to be fair all of the beach and water in bangsean is filthy... if you're looking for a clean somewhat spacious accommodations and you don't care about location this is a good property however be aware of one more thing. for the price offered it also includes breakfast. The breakfast was the most ludicrous breakfast I've ever been offered anywhere in the world. The excuse for not offering the buffet is of course the pandemic. keep in mind those protocols are not followed by any other restaurant ,hotel, or the night market itself. breakfast was one bowl of rice porridge. your help hostage until they decide to deliver it...The breakfast delivery starts at 8:00 a.m. and starts at the 6th floor and works its way downwards.. there is no reason to stay for the one bowl of rice board soup for breakfast. go somewhere else. this too may be a consideration for the price paid for this property in comparison to the competition.

Value for money with decent sea view
Reviewed By JialongStayed here while on route to Pattaya and wanted to find a seaview, near beach place that is less than 1500baht per night. Got the room at about 1200baht after driving around bang saen to look for the ideal one. Did not regret a single bit. Hotel may not be spectacular, but u do get abit of the seaview from a balcony which was decent. I was in room 202 and can almost walked straight to the small pool which is good for a tan and chilling with a beer at night. Theres 2 7-11 left and right of the hotel and there are quite a few nice bars (unlike those at pattaya, even though some do have "sexy" waitresses trying to get your attention) and restaurants. Theres free parking as well. Overall bang saen is a better place for relaxation tham the nearby Sriracha and Laen chabang.

Reviewed By Петр ЛSea in Bangsaen is not really clean so for family with children the swimming pool in this hotel is good choice. Hotel is well-situated, walking distance to city center, University and shopping center. Good breakfast. Free Wi-Fi.

Reviewed By thomasn969This isnt not a traditinal tourist Hotel with all hotel service. Its more for longtime stay. Rooms very clean and have all you need for sleeping and cooking. Hotel doesnt have any restaurant , they will bring simple breakfast to your room. Nice pool area but no sunbeds. Gym need some update. Restaurants and 7/11 with walking distance.

The hotel was making an accuse that the check in time is actually 2 pm that’s why the room are still dirty, we arrived at 1:30 pm and we were informed that the rooms was ready! This place is totally lack of hospitality and professionalism.
