Not A High End Resort
Reviewed By CynthiaHoeftWe were excited to come to this resort when seeing the original pictures and reading but were soon disappointed when we checked in. The resort sat back off a run down road and upon entering the hotel were simply told to sit down as there was only one person to help. Immediately I noticed the wear and tear at the resort and the gift shop locked up. Checking in the resort was fairly empty, run down, and not a resort type feel at all. The room was comfortable and clean. It would not be a choice I would make again, it wasn't horrible but it didn't meet standards for a 4 or 5-star resort and was highly lacking in staffing.

Reviewed By Jing100The hotel is very quiet. Location is difficult to get here if you don’t have car. But the hotel is very cozy. If you stay at the first floor, you can just open the back door and access to the swimming pool. There is also microwave and refrigerator in room. The shower faucet is too small. I don’t like that the hair dryer wire is knocked up with the wall. You have to only stand in the bathroom to use it.

Bad service rude staff
Reviewed By 361eimyatmFor day 1 ,I booked at NY city but they send us to cothai hotel because of Ny city is full. That’s non-sense and their staff are so rude.They didn’t say sorry and keep on tell us what is ur problem? Why u can’t stay in here? We booked for NY city why they send us to another hotel. They said they will give us 200 discount and still not received yet . For day 5, they send my food that order from grab to wrong room and their staff are not working and can’t contact. Such a bad hotel, bad management and rude staff

Reviewed By 零落丶成泥一般来说都是低价团入住的 酒店，房间什么的都不错 但是没有晾衣服的地方，餐厅那边二楼是健身房。酒店一楼有家小超市。据说是公寓改造成的酒店。员工态度也不错。就是位置太偏，离市区40多公里

Für eine Nacht in der nähe vom Flughafen perfekt
Reviewed By Ben KHabe eine Nacht dort verbracht und war positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer waren einfach aber sauber der kleine Balkon war schön um Abends draußen zu sitzen. Das Personal hat nicht viel Englisch verstanden was die Kommunikation etwas erschwerte. Wurde vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht was auch sehr gut klappte. Das Frühstück war schlicht aber für mich genug.
