The hotel name in google is REST IN HOTEL AYDIN but once you in to the room you may see OZLU OTEL name there. The hotel is near from bus station about 8 minute by taxi. The reception Ahmed ( Iam sorry if Iam pronounced wrong) he so kind and helpful. Since I make booking until the wifi problem he solve immediately. Thank you for that. The room was good and clean, Iam traveling alone but get twin room, Iam not choosing room any way. They are breakfast also good. So... if you guys looking hotel in Aydin town maybe this hotel can be your choice.

Reviewed By Murat ŞHotel is very old. Don t open the window for air cuz there is sewage smell comes from the river just nearby. Also there re weddings often and impossible to sleep before midnight. I ll never ever again try this hotel.

Reviewed By batuhanuzÖncelikle otelde 31 Aralık tarihinde tek gece olarak 4 kişi 2+1 oda da konaklama yaptık. Genelde bu apart tarzı konsept olan yerlere insanlar biraz soğuk davranıyor, fakat gayet temiz bir yer. Oda da 2 yatak odası mevcuttu, 1 tane büyük yatak 2 ayrı tek kişilik yatak ve 3 tane Çekyat vardı. 2 tane banyo olması büyük avantaj. Tek eksiği tek klima olması, içerisini pek ısıtamadık fakat resepsiyondaki arkadaş sağolsun, battaniye getirdi battaniyelerde öyle pis kullanılmış vs değildi kaliteli bi markanın hiç kullanılmamış,açılmamış ürününü verdi 4 tane. Buradan resepsiyondaki gececi arkadaşa teşekkürler. Genel olarak beklentiyi çok yüksek tutmamak kaydıyla istediğinizi karşılayabilir. Yine arkadaşlarla adaya gelip 4-5 kişi olsak başka yer arar mıyım aramam.

Reviewed By kathmandusueThere is a lot of confusion about paying beforehand or at the hotel. Using another prepaid site, I checked in. All was fine. I drank tea with the staff upon checkout. Suddenly 2 weeks later I get threatened by the hotel staff that if I don't send my credit card information, they will complain to the passport office and confiscate my passport. Further threats included shooting me and suing me. Having been coming to Turkey for 31 years, I am shocked at this behavior. If fact if the payment wasn't received, it was paid 3 months ahead, send me proof and I will wire the money. Threats are inappropriate and highly unprofessional.

It's fine... During the conversation I ask him did on 25 September still have rooms available? he say say. Can I book the room from you ? and he say yes. He JUST asking my Name, and when I come. Iam answer my name MEGAWATI I will stay in your hotel 25 september for 1 night. I ask him anything again you need from me ? he say NO. After that I ask him did your hotel have service who can pick me up from AydinBus station becosue I will be arrive in Aydin about 23:00PM. And Iam traveling alone. He say, yes we have hotel taxi Iam asking how much the cost he say about TL40-50. Done ! In the end of the conversation I ask his phone number for me easy to call the hotel taxi once Iam arrive in Aydin. So, as a guest Iam feeling safe... I have room and I have transport in the new city I never been before. on 25 Iam still on my way go to Aydin Iam Whatsapp him ( MEHMET ) I ask him, in where I can meet the taxi drive who will pick me up ? And his answer shock me ! Iam sorry your booking is CANCELED, AND WE HAVE NO ROOM ANYMORE. How shock Iam in the day my tavel I have this news ? and he say I have difficulty by reach you becouse I dont have your phone number, and Iam not asking you to do the payment also. I tell him during the booking you only asking My name and when I come Iam asking you anything information again you need from me you say NO. He traying to "HELP" me after I say I will make report about this issue. find a new hotel is easy, BUT what he do is really NOT PROFESSIONAL. How come he can CANCEL guest booking by him self ? By the way I put the screen shot from our conversation. So please make sure if you make reservations from this hotel call them EVERYDAY TILL YOUR DEPATURE DATE.

Reviewed By wishroeAile olarak rahatlıkla kalabileceğiniz bir otel. Odalarda eşyalar eski ama en azından tertemiz. Geniş ferah odası var. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve lezzetli. Aydın merkezde ve mağazalara alışveriş yerlerine çok yakın.
