Reviewed By kkbirdsNo really. I've stayed in 4-5 hotels in Arcachon now, and this is my new favourite! I questioned if I wanted to spend the extra for a sea view and I'm SO glad I did. Really great to sit on that terrace and stare at the sea while working, having morning coffee, etc. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable - dark and quiet for sleeping. Lots of little touches like bottled water by the bed, outlets / plugs in the right place, good toiletries, soft towels, fridge (for chilling rose wine of course :) Staff are lovely, breakfast was good. Parking is 17 euro a day and underground if you need it. LOVE! I'll be back.

Comfortable rooms, small but with a charming terrace for wine outside, powerful showers, soft towels, good soundproofing and dark curtains for sleep. Plus the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful and just generally great people. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time - thanks!

Reviewed By Kiwi-graemeWe thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights at the Hotel du Parc, all the staff were helpful and welcoming during our stay. The location is quiet and accessible for the rest of Arcachon, if you don’t mind the walk into town. Check out the bus timetables as that did help getting about. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning was wonderful.

OK hotel but needs a rethink re covid
Reviewed By closfleuri12Lovely clean hotel, modern decor, very small rooms. Not enough attention paid to covid restrictions. No health passes needed? Only 1 hand sanitiser available throughout the hotel, not enforcing wearing of masks. Our room didnt have a balcony and the window was locked so no chance of airing the room! A lot further from the main centre than it looked on the map - a good 30 minute walk.

Reviewed By grsh1980This establishment doesn’t offer parking, lunch, dinner, snacks, there are zero facilities and the one member of staff present is hopelessly ill equipped when it comes to customer service. Our so called family suite is a double room with a sofa bed. Our b&b rate is more than €250, a disgraceful rip off. The hotel is more shabby than chic.

The location is wonderful, and lovely, quiet neighborhood walking distance to the sea and restaurants. Street parking was easy, the room was lovely and the terrace perfect. We also enjoyed the roof terrace where we could bring drinks purchased from the réception. Would highly recommend this charming hotel.

Reviewed By 963bartrThis is a good hotel if you are passing through Archacon for the night and need a quiet spot that is near to the center / beach, but not too near to all the action. Friendly staff that were very helpful. Some parking spaces available if you're early. The hotel is a bit outdated and the renovations were a nice try, but they still need some work. It is difficult to renovate a piece of classic architecture like this, so kudos to what was already done.

Clean, Comfortable and Compact. A Wise Choice!
Reviewed By BillParisThis hotel is ideally located, only 10 mins from the station, 5 mins from the beach and a short walk to every amenity in Arcachon. The place is spotless (I suspect it was recently painted during the lockdown) and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are quite small but ideal for a short break. I really cannot fault this hotel. The reception is friendly and attentive and the housekeeping at a high standard. I would warmly recommend this hotel.
