I have been there many times and the last time I was surprised how their room service has increased. The food was just amazing and their menu has changed, they added a new different plates and a new menu. The room was also clean and very confortable. I really recommend this Hotel. The location is near everything. Thanks for making my stay wonderful!

Stayed at this hotel just outside of Brussels as had an early morning meeting nearby and didnt want the hassle of finding a taxi/train in central Brussels early. The hotel is exactly what you expect of an Ibis, the price is reasonable and the rooms pretty basic but have all you need for a comfortable night. New beds were very comfortable. What impressed me about this hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff from check in, at the restaurant and check out. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which serves a good selection of meals. I had a salad which was of a good portion size and reasonably priced. As you would expect in Belgium there was also a good selection of beers. All in all a good stay and will stay again if in the area

This surprising residence in the middle of Brussels will envelop you with wonder and excitement. A miraculous hotel, designed to meet all your aesthetic needs. Contemporary exotique meets natural science and elegance in this picturesque and stylish place. Find your way through the breathtaking greenery and discover treasures of nature in the curiosity cabinets. The interior hints at the industrial revolution: light bulbs referring to the 19th century, brick walls and black steel evoke the atmosphere of the first factories. Can you imagine the excitement Darwin felt when he came home from his round-the-world voyage on the Beagle, packed with beautiful natural artefacts like tropical birds and colourful seashells? Prepare for a delight just as huge.
This is a great little hotel near the centre of Brussels. Newly decorated, the room was very clean and nicely finished, with fun (interactive) wall paper which was certainly a first! Nice and quiet and well served by transport links. Great breakfast and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

I made a booking in this hotel for 3 nights, before booking they blocked the total amount, when arriving at the hotel for check in they refuse to give me my room pretending the room was not paid, I had to move to an other hotel in Brussels. Next day they took the total amount & sended me a message "so sorry we made mistake at the time of check in yesterday, your payment was in orde, you can come back to our hotel now we will give you back the cost of 1st night, the rest we keep it". Unbelievable!!!

Older, Homey Hotel with modern wing (1982) situated 10 minutes from city center.
We stayed for a city break and walking into the reception we were pleasantly pleased with the decor. I had emailed in advance as we planned to arrive slightly before check in time, park and see the city. Arriving at 1pm the receptionist commented "we had been expecting you early and had your room ready this morning". I felt as though i should apologise for only being an hr early! Despite this we checked in, paid for the underground car park and went to our room. Our room wasnt even ready. The cleaners keys were in the door and no sign of anyone. We returned the few minutes walk and lift from what appeared to be either the old hotel or an annex. I mentioned the room not being ready to which there was a closed door conversation and the receptionist returned with a new room. Hoping it was in the newer side of the building we were disappointed to return to a room a few doors down. The room was very basic and clearly decorated in the 80s. The bathroom was basic and ive never sat on a toilet with my knees crunched up against a wall. The carpets were worn and dirty which wasnt the best, overall very dated. We could see out across a courtyard to the other side of the hotel and looking in the windows the rooms looked more up to date, there must be an option for a nice room despite the place being very quiet due to ongoing corona virus. Dont let the pics on websites fool you, lovely rooms must be available at a premium price. The walk is about 15 mins into town and straight forward. The city itself is lovely, however following a nice night seeing the sights returning to such a budget hotel was not what we had hoped. As mentioned the reception, bar area looked promising, modern until we got to our room.

It is a good option to stay traveling to Brussels and cities around. It is located in a small cottage neighborhood and has two restaurants nearby. They offer rooms equipped with fridge, TV, microwave, and kettle. The only thing we disliked was that it was stated "buffet breakfast" but instead we had our breakfast delivered to the room every day. Also, it could be some more furniture, the room looked a bit empty. The window was facing a small lake nearby. Free parking on the site.

Wow, what can I say about this very unpleasant hotel. It's on par with a cheap hostel you might send some backpacking kids to, so they could experience how apparently some people live. Not clean... bare wires from the ceiling... looked like someone had thrown a bottle of beer against the wall as stains drained down from ceiling to floor, amidst the smears of something (bugs killed)... everything was "sticky", the lamp was glued to the table, bright florescent bulbs made you feel you had stepped into a holding cell in a third world country. Moulding/skirting board were literally falling off the wall. Only some of the wall plugs had electricity making it difficult to even charge a phone. Being in the shower was at best, creepy, as you could feel the water slowly rising on your feet, in the telephone box cubicle. And, now I find out that breakfast was not included, and need to pay 10 euro more. Good luck, but don't expect anything more than the above.
