Good with a room for a lot of improvement
Reviewed By LagoscitytoursI had a one night sleep here with a team of Russian tourist during our recent Western Nigeria cities tours. Apart from their worn out doors and a few of their Air conditioners that refuse to cool and needed an upgrade the rest is good. We were able to order our dinner in transit so we had it ready to eat as soon as we arrived. We also enjoyed the meal.

Reviewed By Omidan MI lodge there for three days a mini vacation and i enjoy every single minute at the hotel , starting from the serene environment, the room, not to talk about their staff understand their job, they understand the meaning of hospitality , have miss their food self expecially my favorite poundo yam with okro Its was great lodging there again Its a place I would recommend and will continue lodging there Continent hotel is a comfort place , a home away from home

Reviewed By Tenacity75St Jacobs hotel Akure was just okay. Nice front desk staff. Ready to help. I just didn’t understand why the showers never worked, we had you use the hand held shower and even at that the water pressure was really slow. It took forever to have a bath. That made no sense to me. Breakfast was average nothing else. Would try other hotels if am ever at Akure again.

Reviewed By ooobabatundeI have only just checked in but couldn't wait to write my review. This is a wonderful place. We had POUNDED yam on arrival, they have a SOLID coffee machine!!! (This is something some Lagos hotels continue to struggle with) The room is FANTASTIC. (I'm staying in a deluxe room) To the owners and management of this wonderful hotel. Reviewed By maranka111I I was in the hotel for a two-day stay and found that hotel is very nice. The staff is well trained and hardly there's any room for complaint. For the price they offer I feel this is the best hotel in akure town.

Reviewed By victorigeLocated along the oba-ile akure airport road... Nice barbeque and fries, clean environment, and magnificent pool. Has a massive and harmonious conference/business hall. From the rooms you can have a good view of the busy road and mountainous terrain. Attention should be placed on maintenance.

Reviewed By Joy AThe hotel facilities are standard, top notch. Cannot recommend it though. It has been run down. Management is very very poor. The bar too is run down. Our first suite was very dirty and dusty, then we got moved to another suite. It was fine and comfortable till there was a fire outbreak. The night staff did not realize that they had guests and my boyfriend had to jump out the window on the first floor to get help for me. It was scary. Everywhere was smoky. We were given another room in another block for the rest of the night and by morning, we checked out. Generally it is a good hotel as regards facilities but the management is poor. The staff do not know what hey are doing. Seems sad that all that facility should be wasted. The area is also very quiet and free from city noise. A really good place. If management is changed, I would return irrespective if the incident.
