Have underground acces also, so in rainy or snowy weather you still have good access to the train station. The hotel itself is nice, lobby in 18th floor already give a stunning city view of Nagoya. And they have very nice spa inside.

It was disappointing that there was some hair found in the bathroom and in the bed. I stayed at the time of pandemic so for the whole time I was anxious. Unlike other Japanese hotels, they checked me in an hour early when I arrived at the hotel for free which was nice. I had to have my head wonder if the cleaner persons are tired or not happy with the work and stuff which was unexpectedly disturbing. I like that the front stuff greet the guests every time they pass by.

Was booking on behalf of clients. Had supplied all credit information and received confirmation. There was a confirmed email sent and all was settled. Nothing was indicated in the email that the hotel only accept credit card from the clients on the spot. When clients check in, the hotel insisted the clients to pay. Was on phone with them for the last 30 minutes and they refuse to budge, stating security laws and only accept payment from clients. The company offered credit card details and it was not negoitable. The ONLY WAY was to charge the clients. They have only ONE WAY to all problems and it had to be their way. With a hotels that is so rigid, I would never every put my clients in the hotel for they are not problem solvers, but problem creators. I can actually foresee what answers they will give. "Sorry madam, this is our standard procedure". This hotel does not serve from the heart and have no intention to take care of their clients. Avoid at all costs.l

We have a hot spring. The nearest station is "subway Fushimi Station" Exit 2. The near station is "subway Sakae Station" Exit 8 next. There are an elevator and an escalator at "Sakae Station". However, there are no them at "Fushimi Station". It is a 20-minute walk from a hotel to Nagoya Station. The nearest bus stop of the buses from Central Japan International Airport to a hotel "is NISHIKI DORI HONMATSI].
When you arrive a hotel, initial impression matters to guest. Hotel reception staff were mostly very very very unfriendly. Furthermore, we booked a room for 2 people, and we had a local Japanese friend visiting to bring us out for dinner (not staying with us). Even in afternoon or evening, they could not even come up to our room for ONE minute! Must sit alone in the lobby. And we were told very rudely, no cooperation at all. The night Japanese staff was actually more friendly. Aside from this, rooms are small (but is manageable). Best part would be the spa, onsen hot spring. That's relaxing, small but quite nice open till late. Within 5 mins from local train stations. Hotel GM - please upgrade your service, it will help guests recommend others and improve your business.

Found a great deal to stay at this hotel…very near Nagoya station.Easily accessible from exit 10 of the UNIMALL underground shopping street that connects Nagoya station to KOKUSAI Center (but yes as other reviewers have mentioned probably better to avoid this if you have suitcases as you have to go up 2 sets of steps) Reception is on the 2nd floor…you can go through Family Mart and out of a connecting door to get to the lifts…or walk a few steps around to the left of the Family Mart entrance to enter. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Wanted a quiet room on a higher floor if possible.Unfortunately the rooms that look onto the Main Street at the front of the hotel look directly over a huge demolition site. From Monday - Saturday (?) during working hours these rooms should be avoided if you re looking for something quiet (but not a problem noise-wise at other times…if you don’t mind the eye-sore) The big bath on the 3rd floor is clean…but it’s difficult to know well when is a good time to visit as the TV update on the spa status said that the baths were unoccupied but by the time we got to the baths all of the lockers were occupied and it’s difficult to enforce social-distancing…this might be a result of the Nagoya womens marathon being in town?! There s a free coffee machine in the lobby on the 2nd floor…and the food coupons give a number of options for either breakfast…a set lunch plate or some other snack type options later in the day. The breakfast selection was very limited (no cereal…fruit or yoghurt)…but the quality of what was offered was good (the cereal bread…egg salad…minestrone soup…French toast and chicken stew)Also there s a good coffee machine offering caffe latte and cappuccino if that what you prefer. All in all the deal was excellent and would recommend for people who want to be near the station….just bear the room situation at the present time in mind.

I've stayed in several hotels in Nagoya and unfortunately this was the worst and although the cheapest, the comfort and quality reflected this! Smallest room I've had and view from window was a tower block a metre away! I made a simple request by e-mail weeks before arriving, which wasn't responded to until I wrote several times in Japanese and Kanji! I found the hotel basic and bland, as was the breakfast! After staying several days it was apparent that this hotel catered predominantly for Japanese workers and visitors. I shan't be staying again and would recommend paying a little more from the choice of ample hotels in Nagoya! The location leaves a lot to be desired, due to loud music from establishment next door (I could hear it near top floor!) until early hours of Saturday and kept awake by continual coughing from next room. The area is frequented by 'ladies of the night', being propositioned 4 times in 20 minutes in near vicinity of hotel!! Thankfully the sister hotel in Kanayama was an improvement overall!

the b Nagoya is ideally located in the downtown area of Sakae facing the leafy Hisaya Street. It is situated in the centre of the business, sightseeing and shopping precincts and is just a few minutes from two major subway stations, Sakae and Yabacho making the hotel ideal for the business or leisure traveler. The 'Lawson' which is located on the first floor of the building is open 24 hours and will make your stay more convenient.
Needed somewhere to self isolate before going home. A great deal for this hotel in Nagoya. Reception staff spoke great English and were all so helpful! My room was cleaned well every day and the location in Sakae across from Matsuzakaya is excellent...with a Lawson’s convenience store on the ground floor. The bathroom is a little bit on the small side...but the bed is big and comfortable. The free wifi worked very well and the window can be opened if you ask the reception staff. All in all a great choice in Nagoya....would definitely stay again at this price!
