Reviewed By mershid_nilamburIt was my 2nd time staying at the Zostel Wayanad. That was a good experience. Every time you have a stay at Zostel, anything Zostel will give you back as a surprise. This time, Prince(The Caretaker of the Zostel) and Jackie(Dog). Jackie is not Zostel's pet. But Jackie Protects Zostel from Wild Animals such as elephants without even expecting anything. If I talk about Prince, he is the 'Prince of Quotes'. He can speak many languages and good guide too. After the Midnight, he organises a campfire with Music. Yeah, he could sing well. I am planning to visit the Zostel again by this Winter season.

The food is nice and can be customised as per our needs. There are activities both outdoor and indoor to spend some time with your friends and family.

Worst resort ever visited. Seriously
Reviewed By Faheem MWe a family of total 65 members booked whole resort for November 20th. The manager will smile and ask for full payment on check-in time as he looked like a gentleman on first glance. After payment whole resort staffs will change their attitude. Resort / rooms is alright but whole staffs in the resort is the worst part. The cleaners and helpers will boss you. Never ever had an experience like this from any place in my whole life. Not at all safe place for family because they put goons , improfessionals , lunatics in customer service. After our visit they flooded google with fake reviews. People can judge on their own. It was almost evening by the time we reached. However the room was still kept available for us. It was pleasure for us. Thanks to the Manager.

Our 2 bedroom villa is located in top of the estate, has 360 degree view. Each bedrooms are spacious, built with cozy interiors and attached with washroom. We can accommodate 6 adults and 2 kids (with 2 nos of additional mattresses). Offered price is inclusive of Breakfast and Dinner and we can provide lunch as well with prior notice with extra cost.
The worst experience ever.
Reviewed By abdullackThe worst service. They have overbooked the rooms and we were forced to return after travelling 200kms. The management is irresponsible and arrogant. Other people also shared similar experiences. It is a fair resort but mismanaged.
