I fell like i was staying at home when i was there. there are tables, hammock beside river in front of house, i lye down there and enjoy village atmosphere. Otherwise, i was swimming on the river, water is blue, i could even see my feet. House also in the center, riding bicycle to Phong Nha cave 5’ only. They have bicycle for free, and motorcycle for rent. Very clean room, good view. I had all meals there, because foods are VERY tasty. The owners are nice. Highly recommend.

Every room is air-conditioned with a bathroom and enough space to feel fine. The rooms are modern and internet is everywhere available. We offer 3 dorms with 4-6 beds, 4 double rooms and one family room. In addition to this a lovely breakfast is also included in the price of the room. We offer some nice tours to the famous caves of the Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park, trips to the botanical garden and motobike tours as well. Furthermore you can rent scooters and motobikes. There are a few nice bars and restaurants next to our location and we also offer some cold drinks in the entrance hall. The Hostel is located in the center of Phong Nha city with a great view to some mountains.

Come visist us to explore the beauty of our area or just relax in an authentic home in rural Vietnam. We are located 6kms south of Phong Nha just off the HCM Highway East. We are a traditional Vietnamese house with three double beds where privacy is afforded by curtains. We also have a dorm room that accomodates six and breakfast is inclusive. We offer western bathrooms/beds, laundry, bicycle hire and can arrange various local tours. We also have a selection of Vietnamese food, cold beer & drinks on our menu.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the location peaceful and beautiful, and the food was excellent! We would have been happy based on those qualities alone, but what really made it stand out was how attentive, friendly, and welcoming Diem (pronounced like “Yim”) was for our entire stay. She made sure that we were well fed and helped arrange activities for us. It felt like staying at the home of an old friend, not just a hotel. If you’re looking to experience Vietnam in an authentic and peaceful way, this is the place for you.

Reviewed By anoukvaneWe really enjoyed our stay here! Hung picked us up from and brought us to the bus both times in the middle of the night without costs. He also arranged all bus tickets for us. The place is very clean and cozy. There are (motor)bikes for rent, because the place is a bit far from the restaurants but they have a family dinner everyday (we didn't participate in it but it looked amazing!). Hung is a very nice guy and his English is good! Go here :)

The family that has the hostel are so nice and they gave us our room at 4 in the morning (when arriving with the bus) - really great service!!! The rooms are not great but all right for the price!

The river was so nice to swim in and the family was super helpful to help us get to our locations. Very great! I would highly recommend. This homestay doesn’t have air-conditioning, so if you’re visiting in the summer it will be very hot!

Reviewed By robbieisabrownamazing value, good food, a lovely friendly family, clean and large rooms, and linked with the family tour company. Couldn't have had a nicer time in Phong Nha. Do remember this is very reasonably priced and not a five star hotel. You won't find a more idyllic view in a 5 star hotel though.
