Beautiful place out of the most trodden path
Reviewed By leonidasz812Beautiful place, excellent food (by chef Luciano), excellent service, located near (5 minutes by car) a pristine beach. We feel we had the place for ourselves in spite of the fact that they had all 7 suites occupied. Ideal for couples who do not need anyone else.

The Hostel is 500 meters from the beach and center, 10 minutes on foot. Our dorms includes bathroom with hot shower, balcony with a hammock and awesome view of the pool, the valley, the mountains and sunsets and nice people. Our privates room and double features in addition Minibar. The hostel offers Breakfast, Meals, Drinks, Pool, Parking, TV room, Shared Kitchen with BBQ facilities, Wi-Fi and Very Goog Vibe in a 1.900 m2 area.
Very clean Hostel - laid back people
Reviewed By mbernerstaetterWe came to Praia do Rosa without having a hostel booked in advance. We saw the signs of this hostel in the town center and followed them. We first booked for just one night but decided to stay longer as the weather cleared up. The Hostel itself is very clean. We stayed in an 8-bed-dorm with four guys with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom was very clean as well and we've had hot water (didn't hve warm water in the previous hostel). The breakfast is OK but we didn't expect much. It's a tough hike to get to the beach but it's definitelly worth it!! The owners here are super helpful, friendly and very laid back. The room was 60 Reais (15 EUR) for each including breakfast. For 10 Reais less you only get the room without breakfast (12-13 EUR).

Reviewed By Sara CThe hostel was nice. The pool, breakfast and specially the staff were great. The location is not the best as it is a bit far from the beaches but it’s a 10min walk to the center. The cleaning of the rooms during my 3 nights was zero and I don’t mind the bedroom but the bathroom started with a not so good smell (big trash can that wasn’t change).

Incredible hostel
Reviewed By kristeng06I stayed at Paikea hostel multiple times between December and February of last year. I kept returning for multiple reasons. To start Marilia the owner is absolutely amazing. She is so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating it instantly feels like home. The place it self is so beautiful and just naturally has a really good feel. The hostel is situated just walking distance from the center as well. I truly love this hostel and cannot wait to return. The vibe is always good and somehow the people always seem to be pretty cool as well. It is not a party hostel but you can still definitely have a good time! Great place for a solo traveler as well. I 100% recommend this hostel because after traveling for 6 months through South America and many other places in Brasil, I still never found a hostel quite like this one! Truly a gem.

Beautiful Pousada near to wonderful beaches
Reviewed By Moni FWe enjoyed our stay in Gaia Pousada during our holiday times - 30th November to the 8th December. Fabiola and her fiancé takes care about their guests and try to realize every wish. Their english is great and so, it is easy to travel for european guests to Brasilia! The rooms are nice, clean and with view for detailed decoration. The restaurant room - especially for breakfast - is wonderful: asia-style furniture, bright and friendly. For dinner, we really recommend the salmon with honey /sesam crust - yummy! So, everything is beautiful in this little-paradise-place! Enjoy it!
