Reviewed By boris hExcellent service, great accomidations and the best bathrooms ive experienced so far, the dune buggies that you can order a place at through the reception are highly recommended. The food is good, the burgers are the highlight of the place.

Tambo Colorado Hostel is located at 50 meters from main plaza, near to banks, restaurants and bus stations. We have a wide patio which allows our guests to enjoy Pisco's warm weather. We offer double, triple and matrimonial rooms. Every room has private bathrooms, hot water and tv-cable. You can enjoy healthy and delicious breakfast, such as Peruvian coffee and world's recognized pisco sour in our cafeteria. We also have parking lot spaces.

Reviewed By dvwfamilyThe hostal is well located, close by Pisco’s Plaza de Armas, but the room and service were mediocre. The room we stayed in was very small, with barely room for our suitcases. The electricity outlets did not work and the only window opened to an inner staircase. The room rate offered online is more than twice than what is available on the spot. The breakfast is very poor and not included. Do yourself a favor and find a better place!

"Boulevard" is located on the left side of the lagoon "Huacachina", this house has been declared a cultural heritage for its beauty and architecture. It has been restored to preserve its beauty through time and give comfort to people who visit, has a large terrace where the pond can be seen in all its splendor, has comfortable lounge where you can taste typical dishes region and gourmet food. A large garden connects the bedrooms of modern design, finishing with a staircase that leads to the back where there backdrop of a towering dune circle enclosing the "Oasis of America". This is where the circuit cars or bugguis to be taken by these dunes and transported on a journey full of adrenaline through the desert begins, and where you can practice the extreme sport of sandboarding with tables as a courtesy we offer our guests in the evenings we have karaoke bar where you can spend a fun time singing the songs they like. We receive our guests with friendly and helpful spirit by giving them the information they require. We guarantee an unforgettable experience
Poor service
Reviewed By carreon MRoom space and bed is good for couple only for one night only good for overnight. No lamp at all good thing I always bring my own USB reading lamp. The water heater is not really working specially at night when it's freezing cold. And its between two bars that's banging loud music until 3am as far as I remember. The toilet sink hole is with thick green molds it looks like cleaners can't be bothered to scrub it with bleach. Worst part is the reception guy is unfriendly would not even care to help eventhough he already saw you struggling on the stairs from 4th floor carrying your stuff as a woman. But if your really on the a budget ignore my said experienced wit El boulevard in Huacachina oasis peru.

Reviewed By zolzaaga1981We stayed in a private room. The sand was everywhere,on the beds sheet, in the bathroom,like no one was cleaning there for a while. I do understand that it's a desert but a small clean up before the guests wouldn't harm anybody. At the end we slept inside our bed liners. The general overview of the room was very bad. Photos included. We stayed in many hostels in Peru but that was the worst. Looks like the owners don't care about anything else than the money coming from the tourists. For that price for a night I was expecting something better. Go somewhere else !

Reviewed By YvesLGCheck in was quick and efficient. Room was clean with bathroom and shower. 40 soles is about a 1/4 of what a 3 star charges. Bed comfortable. TV and Internet working great. Special shout out to José who secured flight ober Nazca lines, and valuable local advice.

Great three night stay in 10 bed dorm
Reviewed By alexh11494My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights during our trip to Huacachina and Ica, and we really liked it. The staff appear to be quite helpful when you attempt some Spanish and the hotel itself is clean, which is very surprising considering the price. This was by far the cheapest hostel in Huacachina and it is great value for money. It is centrally located by the lagoon and it is right next to all of the sand buggying and sand boarding activities. It is perfect for trekking up the dunes to watch the magnificent sunset. The restaurant located on the top floor is really nice and cheap, and you get a discount if you stay in Desert Nights hostel. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook and store your food, and there are shared showers and toilets which again were always clean when we used them. The rooms on a night time were very quiet unlike some other places in Huacachina, and there are lockers to store your valuables. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Huacachina, we had a lovely time.

Reviewed By Kat KBasic accommodation with not much extra, the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom sufficiently clean as well. Good value for money and beautiful building, we did not ask for much so cannot comment on the service but they were very polite during the check-in/check-out process

Great personal service
Reviewed By joey_phineMaria met us at the bus stop so she could show us to the hostel. This was a nice surprise as it is a little tricky to get to initially. She was also extremely helpful organising the next parts of our trip with us. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a great stay.
