With its iconic fairy-tale church steeple perched atop the tiny rock island at the middle of Lake Bled, Bled is a sight that stays in your memory. The town has also long been a destination for those seeking relaxation, through its sunny alpine air and thermal springs, which are especially welcoming after a day of mountain trekking, golf or touring on horseback.

An old monastery turned into a hip sanctuary for travelers. Brand new hostel with amazing staff, perfect location, new beds, new kitchen, bar, terrace and only 350m (4min) walk from international train station Lesce Bled. For our guests we prepared FREE daily shuttle to Bled, free breakfast and -10% on water activities such as rafting, canyoning,... Lake Bled in 5 minutes drive from hostel.
Everything was great, accomodation is really budget friendly. Stuff was awesome and friendly. Room, bathroom and toilet was clean 10/10. There was just one small problem - nearby church ringing a bell every 15 minutes from 7am to 10pm I guess ?

We didn’t even stay with this hostel but my god were they welcoming! We went for pints in the pub attached to the hostel, when they were shutting up shop they let us stay to finish our drinks and had great chats with them! We would definitely return to bled and stay with them, lovely people! Also, the drinks are the best price in town! Well worth the visit in! Fair play to them, running an absolute gem of a place! Thank you for adding to our experience in bled, great to meet you!

We were really surprised with hospitality, food and accommodation. Our dog was warmly welcomed and we had a really nice time during our stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone, especially while travelling with dog. Everything is nearby, host informed us with some local informations, so our stay was really wonderful!

Traveller's Haven is located in the centre of Bled's residential district, located only yards from St Martin's Church at the foot of the spectacular cliff top Bled Castle. Our hostel is in a typical Bled house from the beginning of the 20 century in the old part of Bled. The hostel sleeps 37 people in mixed dorms and private rooms. In addition to the rooms we have a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with wireless internet access. There is a shop across the road from the property where a huge variety of fresh food, supplies and toiletries can be purchased. * kitchen and common room are opened from 8 am till 10:30 pm * shoes are not allowed in the hostel- we offer you slippers * no smoking in the hostel- you can smoke on the terrace or outside * There is a laundry across the road. The lake offers a wide variety of entertainment from the leisurely to the active; sunbathing, swimming, diving, walking, cycling, white water rafting etc.
Great location 5 mins from the bus station and ten from the lake. The lady running the show was brilliant she came to meet me when I came and checked in early, she guided us round the accommodation and facilities and gave us her own recommendations on attractions that we should see. The building was clean and community room was cosy and well looked after. I like the ideas of the labels around the place however I feel there may be too many signs around. After a long day walking the showers were needed and they were kept to a high cleanliness however I found that the shower doors didn't close properly which could potentially be problem for people who are shy. We stayed in the basement and it was yet again a clean tidy room. The lady explained the condensation issue in the room and stairway. There is a damp smell however this didn't bother me it seemed a small problem for my roommate. Would 100% stay again, next time I will stay in dorms for a different experience and to keep the cost down but will be returning here.

We stayed in a 4 bed room which was very spacious and clean although the beds weren’t very comfortable. There are enough bathrooms in the hostel that we never had to wait which was great as sometimes with shared bathrooms there can be a wait. The hostel is around a 15/20 minute walk to the lake and the centre of Bled but it is very easy to get too. All of the staff are so welcoming and lovely, I’d recommend this hostel if you’re thinking of staying in Lake Bled!

In an old converted mill house, we offer self catering accommodation. The house is situated in Ribno, a quiet village 1.8km from Bled and the famous lake Bled. We have double/family rooms with en-suite bathrooms and shared bunk rooms, with shared bathrooms. All with comfortable custom made adult size beds and balconies. We provide all bedding and house towels. We have spacious communal areas which are ideal for separate travellers, families or larger groups, 16 seat minibus available. We have a big fully equipped kitchen for all to use with a 20 seat table, cosy lounge, laundry room, free bicycles, parking and Wi-Fi. We have a large garden with a small river running through. There is a large outdoor terrace with BBQ. In the village there is a local baker which also sells essentials, 4 bar/restaurants; larger supermarkets are available in Bled. Summer or Winter activities... walking, kayaking, biking, swimming, rafting, horse riding, ballooning, skydiving, golf, trophy trout fishing, great Skiing, climbing and more....Airport and local pickup....

Booked this hostel as it was the cheapest going, but did not expect its staff and facilities to be so bad. We arrived and were put in one room and so unpacked etc. When we returned the next day there was a notice on reception saying staff had moved all of our belongings to a different room without our consent or knowledge. We got to the new room and our belongings were all over the floor and it took us a while to make sure all of our stuff was still there. We had also bought food to cook in the kitchen. We were not made aware until we went next door to Bled Tours (who work in conjunction with the hostel staff we think as there is never actually anyone at the hostel desk) and asked if the hob worked. We were told there was an electrical fault and it would be fixed in two days. On our last day we heard staff telling other guests it will be fixed tomorrow. Staff at the hostel are rude too, the woman who we presume is the manager was hostile and made us feel as though we were always doing something wrong. We were cooking onion in the microwave and she stopped the microwave to see what we were cooking and left it, without turning it back on. She then proceeded to spray air freshener and complain about the smell. Best part of Hacienda was leaving it.

This place was great to stay at, the lady at reception could not have been more helpful and offered to call people to organise things for us. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The location is brilliant, a one minute walk from the places to book white water rafting etc and a 2 minute walk from the actual lake. The only issue is the kitchen is tiny and a little dirty causing it to smell and there aren't many communal spaces except the tiny kitchen. Apart from that it is a great hostel.

Well on june we booked 5 days for 215 euro which start from 08-13 july, today(08/07/19) i traveled 900 kilometers with already booked room for two persons, 5 nights including breakfast. Well when we arrived we haven't been welcome at all! We ringing on the door and after 15 minutes a old lady comes outside and she told us " i have no free room for you" can you imagine!!! Ridiculous!! She doent't know any English at all. She showed me up a paper with my reservation and told me that i have to come after two days if i want to stay for the rest 3 days ?! Wtf. I found a guy to translate and after all she complete told us that our room is already taken!!! Can you imagine, i deffo not recommended this place for booking!!!
