A great choice
Reviewed By JdaC0staWe spent 4 nights in this hotel during our stay in Beijing. The location is great, by one of the traditional Hutong areas with a busy walking street full of shops and restaurants. From here you can walk and explore the nearby areas and attractions such the Lama temple or the Drum and bell tower or even rent a bicycle and reach the Tianamen and forbidden city areas. Very clean, spacious rooms and very attentive personnel at the front the desk. We also booked the Great Wall tour and were very happy with all the service provided and service included - Excellent!

Reviewed By tkio2020四合院は以前より興味がありました。 今回、北京に行く機会があったのでこちらのMing Courtyardへ一泊しました。中庭側のシングルの部屋でしたが、中は静かでリゾート感もありました。大通りから少し入ったところにあり、タクシーではホテルの前まで行けないので少し不便でしたがまた機会があれば行ってみたいです。シャワーは、水と熱湯の間が設定し辛いというか、私は設定できませんでした。水量も少量でそれが少し困ったことです。あと、受付は無愛想でしたが、中国語の話せない外人にウンザリしているのでしょう。中国語を話すと親切にしてくれました。 SIHEYUAN was more interested than before. Since I had the opportunity to go to Beijing this time, I stayed in this Ming's courtyard overnight. It was a single room on the courtyard side, but the inside was quiet and there was a resort feeling. It's a little inconvenient because it's just a short walk from the main street and you can't get to the hotel by taxi. The shower was difficult to set between water and hot water, or I could not set it. There was little amount of water and was a little troubled. Also, the reception was not friendly, but it was helpful to speak Chinese. 四合院比以往更感兴趣。 这次我有机会去北京，所以我在麦加的院子里过夜。 那是庭院一侧的一间单人房，但是很安静，有一种度假的感觉。 这有点不方便，因为距主要街道仅几步之遥，而且您不能乘出租车去酒店。 很难在水和热水之间建立淋浴。 一点水，一点麻烦。 接待处不友好，但会说中文会有所帮助。

Reviewed By EwaL222Clean, good bathrooms. Friendly staff, nice with a bar and food. Close to subway, convenience store, parks and sights. I could walk The picturesque narrow harbins around the hostel for hours and look at the small shops of handcraft at the artist’s community close by.

门脸小、肚量大的宾馆
Reviewed By 大羿这家长城招待所，在西翠路总参工程兵大院西侧。门脸不大，但进入之后，拐了两个弯，就到了一栋挺长的楼里，这里就是客房区了。宾馆的一层部分房间被租给了盲人按摩，但并不吵闹，宾馆的各楼层里都安装有监控摄像头。走廊比较宽，房间比较大，摆设相对传统一点，整体显得有点旧。房间、卫浴间卫生状况不错。宾馆附近分布着一些军队单位。附近有几家餐馆，向南走到西翠路口有沃尔玛等大型超市。宾馆距离公交车站比较近，可很方便地到达地铁。

The location is great with a metro station about 5 minutes away. They also arranged for a taxi to the airport when we left, which was lovely of them. Would recommend ?

Reviewed By nasabj在北京交通大学东校区西小门对面，交通大学路上的北京市文化局西侧胡同走进去就是，门牌号是交大东路31号，北自厂宿舍区。房间大小尚可，带独立卫生间，提供空调、电视、宽带上网，条件一般，房价可以讲到100元以下。由于位置很好，交通方便，距离西直门地铁站也比较近，附近又云集了大量各类餐馆、超市、小吃，对于驴友背包客来讲，是一个不错的选择。

Reviewed By 北美之鹰位于北新桥的北京hobo青年旅舍，交通是很不错的。去旅舍可以坐地铁在北新桥下，走路大约十几分钟就可以到达。入住的是旅舍的多人间，和同等的客栈相比，感觉还是不错的。在这里完全提倡自助，可以结识各地的朋友。出门吃饭也比较方便，选择很多。

Perfect location, charming hostel, and super marvelous staff
Reviewed By niandunI stayed in both a private room and then the six-bed dorm for over a week. My recommendation is the private room, but if you don't want to shell out the money and just need a relatively non-expensive place to sleep in, then the dorm will do the trick, although you will be sleeping close to strangers who are separated by thin wooden dividers (this really wasn't so bad, and everybody who shared the dorm was quiet and respectful). The hostel is located right in the heart of the hutongs, which gives you a truly authentic Chinese experience. Learn to use the subway - which is very efficient, English-friendly, and just a 7-minute walk away - and you'll be at the Forbidden City, West Railway station, and other prime locations within 15-30 minutes. You won't need a taxi at all except to go to and from the airport. I got sick from some of the restaurants nearby, but found reliable, sanitary, great Chinese food and service at the Huifang Dumpling Restaurant (also called the Xicheng Senior Dining Restaurant) right off the main street from the hutong alley the hostel is located in. You can also order food from the hostel, which has a limited menu with some western Breakfast options and Chinese options. The staff consists of two very kind young ladies with basically perfect English and an adorable Chinese auntie who does the cooking and cleaning. They recently adopted a cute little kitten who keeps things pretty lively there. I already miss this place and the staff and hope to be back soon. I've stayed in Beijing three times, mostly in schools, and this is the best location I've stayed at so far.
