These are good budget accommodation for the price you pay, the 24 hr desk is very convenient as you will come back at all hours of the night. The hostel is close to the civic Center and bus ruta 20, that’s the one to take you out of town to the lakes or to the terminal de busses. There are a few eating and drink options near by with the Main Street being starting in the opposite side of the civic centre. You can find all the tourist information you need at the civic centre. Breakfast was decent but only a 4/5 rating because the bathrooms need help(ventilation) and I’m sure that’s contributing to the black mould the was on the ceiling on my top floor dorm. Still for the price you spend a few day’s there.

A la Gurda Hostel is located on the first floor, with access by stairs. Located in a recycled house in the Barrio Norte, former home of Governor Celestino Gelsi. The Hostel, located in the central area of Tucumán, just 10 minutes from the Plaza de Armas and the Historic House of Independence, is the ideal base for sightseeing during the day and having a drink in the nearby bar area at night . In return, you will always find a calm and relaxed environment to share experiences with people from all over the world and make new friends! Our team is pleased to give you ideas of places to visit in our city and we will be happy to help you plan your trip through our province and the north! A la Gurda gives you the possibility to feel comfortable, happy and relaxed to be able to enjoy your stay in our city without worrying about anything! We want you to feel at home! Services: 24 hours. Reception. Breakfast included. Daily room service. Clean and safe private and shared rooms. Sheets and blankets included.
I loved this hostel! I think it's one of the best I've stayed in so far! The staff are super nice and friendly :) They remembered my name, took me up to the room to show me around. They will do anything to insure you have a wonderful stay in their hostel.

With a stunning view of Cerro Catedral, 4 blocks away from Playa Bonita and only 10 minutes from downtown Bariloche you will find a rustic hostel with great atmosphere, where you will feel at home. We are located at Km 7.5 Bustillo Road, in a pleasant and quiet area very close to Playa Bonita, on the shore of Nahuel Huapi Lake, with an incredible view to the mountains. Just ten minutes from downtown Bariloche, in the way to Cerro Catedral Ski Center and Llao Llao Hotel. Once at the hostel you will find a full equipped kitchen and washing facilities, a garden with a place for BBQ, parking, free internet access, WiFi in all the hostel, TV, DVD & movies.
I was in this hostel for 4 days for Skying. I rented a room for 4 people with private bathroom for 50 usd/night(July2019). The hostel is located far away from the Downtown and it is 4 block by foot from the main street Bustillo. The transfer from the airport to the hostel is about ARS 750(july2019). The onwner of the Hostel Javier , willingly booked the transfer for me and it picked me up on time at the airport. The enviroment of the hostel is cozy, young and informal as in other hostels. The room (n°7)was good enough ,although the bathroom is a little bit unconfortable and need to have better heating during winters. The room 7 is an independent but conected cabin compared with the other rooms that are in the main building at the ground level. Room number 7 is the best option there. Due to the location of the hostel, I strongly recommend to rent a car to move around the City and also go and back to and from the Hostel during nights and rainny days (the acess to the hostel is by dirt streets) This hostel is located 10km from Cerro Catedral Sky Center making suitable for skiers. I share some pictures of the room. People at the hostel are quite kind and they willingly can help you.

In a city that keeps you UP throughout the day, a place to relax with friends and family is always welcome, that's what we offer in ALL NORTE HOSTAL BOUTIQUE, situated in a prime location, easily accessible from the airport, and within easy distance of the city's biggest attractions. Our rooms are an affordable option for single travellers, families and couples, and a great way to meet new people!
Ended up extending my stay in Salta (there’s so much to do in north western Argentina and Salta is a good base) and I couldn’t have had a better place to spend a week than All Norte. The owner looked after us all so well, and his general bonhomie created a friendly atmosphere amongst the guests. It’s an easy walk to the centre of town (‘Salta Free Tour’ walking tour was a great introduction to Salta, and DO NOT MISS Museum of High Altitude Archaeology). Hostel is really close to the Peñas (local folk music/dance bars), which makes for an easy night out getting back. Also very close to a big supermarket where there’s a laundry service too. Highly recommend All Norte.

Our Mountain Hostel is located in the Aconcagua Provintial Park, in the Villa Las Cuevas, at 3200 meters. It is surrounded by the wild beauty of the great mountains of over 5000 meters, which frame and define this place within the great mountain range in the Central Andes. Um ideal for living the full extent of these natural areas of Aconcagua Park, and undertake the more adventurous hiking, trekking and climbing spot.
Very clean and cozy. Friendly staff (which are the owners). Excellent price. Albeit the ice cold weather outside, shower water is warm and heaters are well distributed all over the place. Good brakefest - for the price. The highest point at the road (3,300m). Only 8Km away from Aconcagua park entrance.

I was exhilarated to be making such good progress on the Northbound leg of this segmenting “My World Upon Wheels/reTIRED World (Bike)tour, 14JAN-07APR2020, when the shared taxi dropped me off at this fine hostel first (29FEB2020). Security is pretty good, entering from the street, an extremely friendly greeting by the receptionist/staff and recognition of my “slow” mobility (I use a cane) by assigning me to a close by 5-bunk/bed room—no ascending steps! I also immediately signed up for a BBQ (500 pesos pp) that evening. I couldn’t have asked for better. Actually, I could have; because Unfortunately, the room key was not readily available, which should have been a red flag, and, most importantly, I did not immediately lock up my rucksack/gear in the provided lockers. Whilst enjoying the stunningly great BBQ of many different meats, someone had gotten into room 11 and stole the money pouch & tooth kit from my rucksack. Naturally, I discovered it when I went to brush my teeth, had a very restless night disbelieving that such a person could do such a terrible thing in such a decent hostel. Everything can be replaced—except my naive trust of hostels. I’m now just a wee bit more wary. Anyway, the room was OK, though there is one bank of universal outlets mounted upper bunk high, which seems ludicrous. I temporarily amended the situation with ductape. Also, on the same wall, there is a single bulb for the room—no individual bunk/bed lights. The bathroom was quite decent, though showering does tend to flood the entire floor. The staff are quite friendly and always work hard to ensure every guest has a brekkie of coffee/2-biscuits/spoonfuls if butter & jam. There is a flat screen monitor in the brekkie/lounge room. Would I return? Should you overnight here? YES! Despite the theft, I give this hostel my “¡Wheel of Approval!

Art Factory is a lively, affordable, fun and diverse hostel in the heart of the historic San Telmo neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We want to make you feel happy and enjoy one of the best kept secrets in the world: Buenos Aires! Our TOP FIVE features voted by our guests: 1) The staff!2) A huge and colorful old mansion with an elegant touch3) The best terrace in San Telmo4) The funkiest bar with friendly prices and daily events5) There’s art everywhere! Even in the kitchen and bathrooms! You can choose between private rooms with private or shared bathrooms and dorm rooms with 4, 6 or 8 beds.
A friend and I stayed at the Art Factory in San Telmo for 3 nights as part of a trip around south America and I can thoroughly recommend it. It is a pleasant hostel around 20mins walk from some of the key tourist spots in Buenos Aires through perfectly safe areas. There is an indoor bar area that is open in the evenings and a nice rooftop terrace too. You're not allowed to bring your own drinks in, but the prices in the bar aren't too bad, though we would have liked them to open a bit earlier, I don't think the bar opens until 5.30pm. The reception staff are helpful and can book taxis (agreed rates for things like airport transfers) and suggest places to visit around Buenos Aires. Entry to the building can be a little tricky, someone at reception has to buzz you in and then you'll have to carry luggage up some stairs with a slightly awkward door. Not a huge issue, but a little inconvenient. My friend and I shared a private twin room with a shared bathroom immediately across the corridor. The bedroom was fine, plenty of space and quiet at night and even when our nearest bathroom was occupied there are several more fairly nearby. If/when I ever come back to Buenos Aires I would happily stay here again.

Located within 700 m of Civic Centre and in lake cost, Berkana hostel Bariloche in San Carlos de Bariloche features a number of amenities including barbecue facilities, a bar and a garden. This property is set a short distance from attractions such as Tresor Casino. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property. A continental breakfast is served daily at the property. Cerro Catedral Ski Resort is 11 km from the hostel. San Carlos De Bariloche Airport is 13 km away.
Good place to stay if backpacking, a cosy hostel by the lake. Great fresh bread for breakfast and friendly staff. Seems well run with events on. We had a twin room which was fairly basic, walls were thin and noise /smoke from outside coming in through walls/ window. Generally a clean, budget place to stay if that’s what you are after.

Has we arrived the ground look very nice the staff was very helpful, but the room was very small, the TV would have been good in the 90', but again in San Martin your not there for that, well the fridge was discussed was food from everyone all over the place, this was a big turn off, but let's focus on the positive "location" and breakfast was included
