We stayed at the Georgia Peach house and back apartments for our wedding weekend and it was a dream!!! We all had dogs and it was amazing to be able to walk downtown for dinner with the dogs along with walking the neighborhood in the mornings. The apartment itself was very clean, had great recommendations and dog friendly. Can’t wait to come back for our anniversary in the future ?

Kitchenette, comfortable living room with fireplace, king size bed, queen sofa bed, large bathroom with oversized bath and shower, private deck, large screen TV and wireless Internet. The Cabins are part of the award-winning White Sulphur Springs community, in the heart of the NC wine country, adjacent to one of America’s best small towns, Mount Airy (aka "Mayberry"), and combining great location, convenience environmental respect and "Simple Living."
our first cabin upon our arrival was very toasty and seemed to be legit for our weekend stay until we found out the hvac remote batteries were dead and we had to replace them ourselves.. we replaced them and tried to turn the heat on with no luck.. we finally got the heater to work so we thought until about 2am when it was below 60 degrees and the heat would not come on so we called every number listed for help and no answer to any.. we did have gas logs that are on an hour timer and must be reset manually every hour, also they are not vented we did not know this till we were in our second cabin and the card was on the mantle very visible.. the staff finally responded via text at 8am and said they would send someone out.. they showed up around 9am and could not get the heat working either but moved us to another cabin where the heat did work but the fire place did not and the pilot was left open leaving us the smell of gas on our arrival to this cabin, but we had heat until about 3am when this heater as well stopped working on off on off the rest of the night.. when we left i requested some kind of refund the person i talked with said they had an hvac tech coming out and would get back to me after that.. he reported there was nothing wrong with any of them and there was no refund.. I am a hvac tech myself and know what i saw and experienced and instead of a refund i was offered a 10$ bottle of wine... so choose wisely but i wouldn't stay here even with all the good reviews and good price.

Welcome to Springbrook Cottages, located in the historic town of Hot Springs, NC, surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest; where the Appalachian Trail (AT) runs through the middle of town and Spring Creek flows past our back decks, emptying into the French Broad river at the Hot Springs Spa. We are located right in town, convenient to everything Hot Springs has to offer, yet on a quiet street. You can sit on your back deck and watch Spring Creek flow by, or fish, play in the water, have a picnic, build a campfire in our fire pits on the creek bank, sit in the gazebo and read, or watch the birds. Our pavilion and gazebo are perfect for family reunions, weddings, receptions, baptisms… whatever! So bring your family, church group, or yourself. We hope to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
In this scenic Appalachian Trail town, these cottages deliver everything that is expected at this price point in an ideal location. They are simply furnished with original hardwood flooring and very comfortable porches on both the front and the back. The cabins overlook a lovely Creek and the nicely landscaped property boasts attractive outbuildings, including a charming gazebo and spacious picnic shelter. The units are large and very clean. Given the budget price, we were more than satisfied with our accommodations.

This was just what was needed a weekend getaway. The owners were great to work with from answering questions before booking, to easy booking, to the best stay. We stayed at the Sundance Cottage, perfect in every way and dog friendly. Oakley loved his time away too. We were greeted by fresh flowers, homemade cookies, and a local bag of goumet popcorn. So welcoming in every way. It was perfect for walking Oakley. The fireplae was amazing, it was cold and heated up quickly. Perfect location to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Both towns were very cute. We spent an afternoon climbing Chimney Rock, a must while in this area.

The cottages are a local icon in Kure Beach. They have all the quaintness of days gone by yet are comfortable, clean and centrally located to the beach, pier and restaurants. The property has a pool and coin operated washer and dryer facility.
I had a horrible experience with the company!!!!!!!Beware of their online booking. My husband and I were so excited to finally book a vacation after recently having our daughter. A few days after we booked, the owner called and said that they double booked the condo. They gave our condo to someone else. I’m assuming that person was staying longer or maybe some other type of bias was involved. There were no other condos available like the one we booked. We had to cancel our trip.

Wonderful! Check in was easy. The cottage (number 5) spacious and clean. They did extra sanitizing at the cottage and store. Full kitchen (and grill) for saving money on eating out. Owners, staff and all the other checked in people were super friendly. Wifi was stable for us to get some work done. Best of all - quick walk onto the public beach! Jeannette's Pier literally next door for a walk or fishing. Water was low - easy for wading and swimming. But also wavy - lots of good body boarding, surfing & skim boarding. It was off season but plenty of space on the beach and clean. Definitely recommend and plan to go back!

we always stay at Carolyn's...love the hospitality and the atmosphere, Our unit was clean and comfy,,,the easy access to the lake was what we needed for our kids. We also rented a golf cart and it was additional fun. It's also an easy walk to walk to everything like shops and eating places...we will be back for sure.

Great location to visit Hot Springs while having privacy and being able to bring pets. The cabins are dated but definitely spacious, functional and clean so all we needed. Good value and we will most likely go back!

Booked the cabin on a whim for an anniversary getaway. Was not sure what to expect, but wanted to be in nature. This place blew our expectations away! Before our arrival, the host, Diana, had reached out to us and made us feel welcomed already! We arrived a couple hours early to check-in and she was so accommodating. We stayed in Serendipity and the cabin is cute with a vintage feel. It was cleaned and stocked with fresh linen, towels and necessities to get us through the weekend. Our first night the host held a fire down by the lake where we were able to meet other guests. Everyone was so friendly! LGBTQ friendly and dog friendly! We brought our puppy and she was able to swim in the lake. Plenty of dog friendly restaurants in the area. We spent the weekend traveling around the area. Only a short drive to Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Plenty of cute areas to hike around here. There is a trail right behind the cottages. Overall, this stay was absolutely amazing and we cannot recommend this place enough. The views are beautiful (we came in the Fall) and it is a quiet getaway. We will definitely be returning!
