Our alcove of 3 cottages sits against the National Seashore with access to the Cape Cod bike trail through a private path in the woods. We are within biking distance to several gorgeous beaches including the well known Nauset Light. Local flavor is readily available at homemade ice cream shops and bakeries, brick oven pizza for the whole family, fresh seafood markets, and we are proud neighbors to world famous Wellfleet oysters. Provincetown makes a great day trip for shopping, pirate museum, restaurants and whale watching. We are a community of vibrant nature trails, Audubon sanctuaries, art galleries, rich history, and even a drive-in theater! It's a truly special place and a gem to discover. We have 3 cottages to offer you featuring sunny porches, picnic tables, fully stocked kitchens, privacy, wifi, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a personal welcome from your host of 43 seasons. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a memorable family vacation, or just an excuse for a sun tan... let us be your home away from home.
Cozy, clean cottage with a complete kitchen, heat and a/c. Bike trail super close as is the national seashore with gorgeous beaches. If cottages are the kind of place you like to stay in, I would highly recommend you give this place a go.

A rustic and comfortable property that has 9 individual cottages. Close to the Cape Cod National seashore visitors center and a convenient location to other areas of interest on Cape Cod.
We had a terrible experience at this place, our cottage wasn't cleaned and the cleaning crew showed up an hour after we had checked into the cottage! This was totally unacceptable and unsafe in the middle of Covid when having a clean space is especially important so we had to leave right away and cancel our vacation.

Classic Cape Cottages in the charming "Sea Captains" town of Brewster. Any of our sweet cottages provide the perfect Cape get away spot for those seeking comfortable, clean, attractive, and authentically "Old Cape Cod" accommodations. Think knotty pine, salt water taffy, and the distant smell of fried clams wafting through the air and you will have a sense of Michael's Cottages ambiance. Timelessly charming and non-commercialized, Brewster is considered by many to be Cape Cod's most picturesque town. It has a way of capturing the hearts of anyone who likes quaint and laid back and tends to keep folks returning for generations.
My boyfriend and I stayed in one of these cottages for a week. The place was so cute and comfortable. The kitchen was small, but stocked and the hosts provided some Keurig pods for the machine. The bed was extremely comfortable. The outside space had several nice spots to sit and relax and the gas grill was awesome. We also enjoyed morning coffee on our screened in porch. You definitely get your value for the money. I would stay there again if travelling in the area.

17 Cottages located in the Cape Cod National Seashore, all just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean beach at LeCount Hollow (MaGuire's Landing), South Wellfleet, Massachusetts. Open April 1 to November 1 and offering one, two and three bedroom housekeeping cottages.
We stayed in the Pond View Cottage for a week, which was perfectly located -- it's about 20 minutes walk to Cahoon Hollow Beach. But even better, it's about a 5 minute walk through the forest down to a semi-private entrance onto Gull Pond, which is one of the freshwater kettle ponds. The water temperature in the pond is much warmer than the ocean, and it's so quiet that it feels like your own private retreat. The house is likewise very isolated from any neighbors -- we couldn't see the next house over from the balcony, though we did have a great view of Gull Pond, and of the wild turkeys roosting in the trees out back each evening.

For generations, Pilgrim Village has offered families the classic Cape Cod vacation - a chance to enjoy the beauty and quaintness that you expect from a New England fishing village. Here you vacation in a picturesque cottage nestled among the pines and along the shore of White Pond, 40 acres of fresh water.
Going to Pilgrim Village is like finding our own slice of Heaven. The air is crisp. The water is clear and our cottage is absolutely charming. The Swenson family could not be any more hospitable. We strongly recommend anyone looking for a reasonably priced, amazing vacation should visit Pilgrim Village!

At Dennis Seashores, traditional Cape Cod style marries beautifully with modern conveniences. Centrally located and easy access to many Cape Cod attractions and activities. A tried and true family tradition since the 1930's. Come experience a spacious oceanfront cottage or a quaint cottage retreat nestled among the pines directly across the street from the beach.
Our second year in 16W! Home away from home.....responsive staff. Had a couple of problems which were dealt with quickly. Quiet, clean and a quick walk to the beach. Nearby hiking and biking trails on the Cape. We'll be back next year!

I went onto the website for this place and sent an e-mail requesting some dates that were available. I then made the mistake of calling Laura the next day. EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Her response to me was to tell me is I could not wait for an e-mail back that "perhaps you need to find somewhere else to stay". I understand that apparently she has other work, but then don't leave a phone number for possible guests to call. If this is the way you treat potential new clients I can only imagine you don't care about your property or their stay either. I would never give this place my business.

We stayed at the Dock Master house. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved that there was a grill to use so we didn't have to go out for all our meals. We loved sitting by the fire pit in the evenings for the beautiful sunsets. It is a place we will come back to.

Enjoy a taste of Olde Cape Cod in our quaint knotty pine cottages, maintained in pristine condition with all the modern conviences from Micro to DVD but with the charm of a simpler time with wicker on the porch to enjoy the sunset, patios and yards to play in.
Very well furnished, good beds, quality appliances and great owners. We loved the private back yard so much that we felt right at home. Everything was very clean and just had that Cape Cod look that is desirable. We would go back to Breezy Knoll the next time we go the cape.
