Dirty Bedcover
Reviewed By Margareth KI stayed here just for one night with my friends. I slept in the biggest room in the first floor. I opened the bedcover and saw spots (noda-noda) and so did the pillow. If there are spots /stains that can not be cleaned and if it has been there for a long time please buy a new bed sheet. Thank you.

Reviewed By onya_emiyiI live in bali and I stay in this hotel for 3 weeks, the room very clean and have a large space in deluxe room. All the staff very nice and friendly and quick response, especially Mrs. Nita, Mr. Octa and Mr. Messe they are a good leaders ?? there is no smoking room in this hotel but you can request to unlock the balcony door for smoking at the balcony. Nice city view from our room, the pool is clean and the breakfast is good ? I will back again to stay in this hotel when I comes to Surabaya ?❤️

Reviewed By NovelMatindasI spent a night at this homestay. The room and facilities are very standard. Small room with single-sided and small bathroom. Not really good interior but tidy and look new. The homestay is located only 500 m from Ciputra World' mall. However you have to walk to get there. For Breakfast they only give a bread and deliver it to your room. Not too bad for 250.000 rupiah (USD 20).

Pre-booked, tried to charge extra as our room type was full
Reviewed By fudgybrownieWe arrived at 4am off a late bus, and just wanted to get to bed ASAP. The check in was taking a while, then they said we would have to pay extra in the morning, as the standard rooms were full, so they only had upgraded rooms left. We refused, and explained via google translate that they should honour what we booked or upgrade us for free. They didn’t care, and even tried to keep the copy of our passport when we left to find somewhere else. Zero customer service.

Reviewed By christy582gedung sepertinya kurang terawat dengan baik, atau mungkin memang susah merawat gedung lama, sudah termakan usia.. tapi untuk kamar saya tidak ada komplain, kamarnya cukup besar (penginapan2 lama cenderung mempunyai kamar besar dibanding penginapan baru).. pada saat kami melakukan check out, kami dituduh mengambil/menghilangkan sendok yang ada di kamar (mereka mengatakan jumlahnya berkurang), padahal pada saat kami check in, sama sekali tidak ada pemeriksaan bersama mengenai jumlah barang di kamar.. padahal bisa saja karyawan/tamu sebelumnya yang mengambil/menghilangkan, atau bisa juga sebenarnya jumlahnya pas, tapi mereka mengada2 agar kami mau membayar biaya ganti rugi.. dan tidak menutup kemungkinan, seluruh tamu diperlakukan sama seperti kami.. maaf, nilai 1 karena perlakuan tsb
