Reviewed By 602thiagofMy family and I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. From checking in through check out, which thankfully last less than 24 hours, we only the complains to make. Concierge couldn't tell us where were the most famous moqueca restaurant that is literally two blocks away from the hotel. When entering the room, there was a sticker at the door saying the last sanitation happened one month a go ( I took pictures because I couldn't believe). Inside the room was impossible to walk bare foot due the dirtiness of it. Bathroom stink like a pig (I swear to God I am not overreacting). The floor was so dirty that we took a shower and after we stepped out the bathroom, our feet was already black. A/C sounded like a Heavy Metal concert. I am writing this statement so other families don't go through this experience again, specially after a long drive from Bahia.

Reviewed By Eliel_SoaresI saw many reviews telling the same and this had great influence in my family's decision for this apart hotel. Staff were very friendly and helped us to solve all issues we found. Breakfast was good, but lacks variety. But it was not a big deal.

Ho affittato un appartamento nella struttura CONDOMINIO CARMINHA in Guriri (ES) per un mese e lo abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un schifo... D' una sporcizia che faceva paura. Doccia fredde, frigo pieno di muffa, una puzza all'interno che ci voleva quasi una mascherine per respirare. Utensile di molto vecchi , Materazzi da fare schifo, insomma tutto dall'inizio alla fine un completo schifo... Siamo rimasti una giornata senza luce, un'altra senza gas, Wi-Fi funziona quando cavolo vuoi e pure quando funziona era malissimo. Gli unici che faccio i miei complimenti sono i parcheggiatori bravissimi e cordiali. Tutto gli resto dello staff, la struttura possono essere bruciati. Siete un completo schifo della A alla z. Veramente un posto da non metterci mai più i piede. Dovete vergognarsi... Non credete alle pubblicità di questo posto perché è un imbroglio. Un vero postaccio .

E uma dica quero deixar para os viagem iniciante, faça planos antes, faça um pacote de pousada porque vim encima da hora vc vai pagar muito carro.
