Un pied à terre appréciable
Reviewed By 703vincent080L appartement hôtel est agréable et moderne et en plus vous serez au calme! Ce ne sont pas les 15000 escargots de l'enclos qui vous dérangeront ! L'appartement possède une terrasse qui donne sur un jardin ce qui ne gache rien. Même si L'appartement ne possède pas de climatisation, il demeure frais grâce au ventilateur! Je confirme car il faisait 40 degrés et nous avons bien dormi. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. On sent une réelle implication et bienveillance. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Allez y!

Appart Hotel Eugénie is in the historical center of Louhans. 4 Appartments with a private terrace in the garden. Capacity : 1 - 4 people. Minimum Renting : 1 night ! Arrival and departure whenever you want because of keybox system. All advantages of the hotel : Bed linen, Bath linen and Housework of your apartment are included. Each apartment has its own style. A leaving space larger than a bedroom in an hotel. Dedicated areas : sleep, meal, work and living room. A full equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals when you don't want to go to the restaurant. Expresso and tea are available for free. 3 types of breakfast (salty, sweety and mix) can be delivered on demand. Easy for you ! Fresh bread and pastry delivered early morning !

Reviewed By HelenkaUaVery friendly staff, nice clean room. A nice surprise was a mini-kitchen with an electric cooker, a dishwasher and a set of kitchenware. Probably the best in the hotel is its location. It is only one block away from the train station.

Reviewed By 194244This was our third year staying at this lovely place. We go there for a complete break and thanks to Florence and Stephan this always works for us. We leave, after a week or 10 days in our gite, thoroughly refreshed and restored. This year there was the added bonus of the restored four de bois in the courtyard and Michel's wonderful bread (and croissants and brioches!) on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Reviewed By Weightman01These studios are located in a pleasant, quiet area near the fishing lake where you can go for a lovely walk. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. The studios are fairly well-equipped, very clean and functional. The bed is comfortable. Amenities such as a supermarket are close to hand. On the negative side, there is no coffee machine - only a plastic filter is provided. The television is the size of a lap-top screen and the decor is not tasteful - gaudy plastic 3-D pictures. The rooms are not serviced. It is worth staying here if you don't want to stay in a hotel

Reviewed By ChrisandMick60Easy to find, some parking in the forecourt but plenty of spaces in the main road. Situated about a 10 minute walk from the town center. Pleasant and helpful lady on the reception desk. The rooms are on the ground floor of a residential apartment block. The room that we had was quite large, and a kitchen with the usual basics and a fridge was spotlessly clean. Only two points to make, one is that the reception is not open at the weekend, if you are due to arrive after it is closed you should get an email giving instructions on how to get the keys and a code for the entrance keypad. Our email arrived three days after we left The second point is that we were surprised that there was no tourist information at all, not even a map. Even more surprising as it was the Patrimony weekend when a lot of buildings etc are opened up to the public. Other than that we were very happy with the apartment and will be looking to use to use Kozy Apartments again.

Reviewed By Marcel BHow great it is to get out of our town of Amsterdam and then stay over in the beautifull Gites la Tourelle in Uxeau. Everywhere around the gites there is hills and trees and green and flowers and birds singing. We have been in the Gites two times now. We were so enthousiastic about it, that we booked a second night on our way back home to Amsterdam. The gites are clean and very nicely decorated. With a good shower, a nice bed, and a hostess who knows all about the area and brings great breakfast in the morning. There are not very many gites with their own pool, but this one has a beautifull pool for swimming and sun bathing. Deze gites zijn werkelijk 5 sterren waard. Rustig gelegen, een mooie locatie, fijne gites en een gastvrouw die weet hoe het hoort. Wij hebben in ieder geval een nieuw adres erbij op doorreis in Frankrijk. Een absolute aanrader.

Reviewed By stuartandsarah2017Hospitality second-to-none. Wonderful proprieter Sebastien and the ladies. Charmingly decorated, idyllic canal side setting amongst the trees. The food is prepared by a proper chef, well priced for such good quality. The superb spit-roast pig banquet every Sunday afternoon, is an absolute must!! The 7 rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable, have tv and wi-fi, with a good size shower. We will definately stay here again.....and again. Stuart and Sarah (GB)

Malheureusement nous n'avons pas profité de toutes les commodités offertes compte tenu de notre horaire d'arrivée. Hotel très propre, bien équipé et bien tenu. La chambre s'apparente plus à un appart qu'à une chambre d'hotel. très grand et équipement complet (il y a meme un lave vaisselle...). Mention spéciale pour le veilleur de nuit qui a assuré notre accueil, il a été très sympa.

Une petite nuit entre les 2 roches
Reviewed By Hex0tiikNous avons passé une nuit dans le studio Sweet a l’occasion d’un événement au château de pierreclos : très proche moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Logement très fonctionnelle et très confort., bien aménagé. La salle de bain est très jolie ! Le lit super confortable. L’hôte, Sonia très disponible par sms en cas de question avant séjour :) Nous avions vu des avis stipulant le manque de stationnement : il est vrai qu’à notre arrivée le soir, les places devant le bâtiment étaient prises mais il y a d’autres stationnement dans le petit village donc cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
