Very friendly and welcoming staff. Quick email responses and flexible check in times. The member of staff who welcomed us came on time with a smile, introduced us the the area efficiently and made us feel welcome. Beautiful and clean apartment with a great location to Europark and perfect supplies and features. Could not have a better experience. Thank you

The owners, Henrick and Lena are a wonderful and courteous couple. The place is very nice clean cozy and comfortable. It's just ten minutes walk from the park and close to all restaurants and grocery stores. They went out of their way to find everything we needed. After the day in park it's a quiet heaven to relax and unwind and of course big thanks for the home grown delicious cherries they offered.

Stayed at this lovely apartment with my teenage son to visit the nearby Europa Park , wasn't disappointed , a lovely place to spend our stay , well appointed , spotlessly clean and a few minutes stroll to the park main entrance . We arrived a few hours late thanks to a flight delay but the owner was there to greet us and explain all we needed to know , all in all a great stay in a lovely apartment ,

++ The place was very clean and new ++ The owner was very friendly and accommodating ++ One room with 3 single beds and a closet ++ One room with a double bed ++ Kitchen with oven ++ Dinning room table ++ An outdoor area with a table and chairs ++ Near a bakery opened everyday ++ Near a grocery store opened until 8pm from Monday to Saturday. ++ Free parking right in front. ++ Children until 3 stay for free otherwise each child until 12 are charged at 10 Euro per child and per night. So book for the number of adultes and expect to pay for the children upon arrival. Price was poorly explained on my online booking website. -- The double bed is situated in the kitchen/dining area, but if you use it only as a place to sleep after a long day at Europapark then it should not disturb you. -- The owner only accepts cash. I thought the stay would be paid via the online booking website, but upon arrival I was asked to go to a cash point to withdraw money. It was inconvenient.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze accomodatie! Erg aardige gastvrouw.

We got a late deal which was very good value for the room which was clean ,comfortable and very nice . It was fairly large and had a comfy double bed ( also had bunks but we didn't need those ), TV and adjoining bathroom with bath/ shower and then a toilet cubicle .Balcony overlooked the pool and jacuzzi ( in which the water was very cloudy and not very inviting) We were charged 10€ each for breakfast and another 5€ for wifi . The wifi is only available downstairs and not in the rooms and not that great . The breakfast is fairly basic ,and really not worth the money - only one cereal, bread rolls ,butter ,jam tea/ coffee, orange juice , water, cheese, ham and he offers to scramble an egg if you want it Parking spaces available off the road which was good. From The guest house it is only a 7 minute walk to Europa Park . Owner gave us a voucher for free parking at Euro park ( worth 6€ ) and the same voucher gets you a free 'Euro mouse' cup at the information desk at the main gate . A good basic stop over if your just looking to get your head down for a visit to EuropaPark.

Booking a multi trip holiday, I put the wrong date in by mistake. I tried to change the date within 24 hours to no avail , I lost £117 on a hotel that I cannot use! I have had to book elsewhere NOW too/ Funny thing IS, there is now a room available to new customers for an adiitonal £108. I tried callling too, which was just a further expense and waste of time. I spoke with a gentleman who could not help me, but infomed me to email the hotel, not through Booking.com as this was the best way to solve the problem as booking.com is not good. Guess what I have? yep you guessed it...Not one resonse to my booking.com raised case and not one response to my email! A whole bunch of NOTHING! THIS IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE BIT OF NOTHING I HAVE EVER RECIEVED IN MY LIFE. WOW! CUTOMER SERVICE 0. HONESTY 0. FRENILYNESS 0. COMMUNICATION 0. TIME 0. Please Avoid if you want to protect your hard ernt cash and feel wothy of recieving decent customer service - read the reviews- I am not an isolated case, but I now know, I am one of many!
