From the welcome the night before asking about arrival time, to the wonderful courtyard, the gorgeous garden in the back, the details in the room, bedding, breakfast, location and hospitality of the owners. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Would not hesitate to book this property again.

Reviewed By max tQuesto B/B è in posizione centrale di Padova quindi ottimo per la visita della città, molto pulito e spazioso, purtroppo la macchinetta del caffè non era funzinante, se proprio devo trovargli una pecca è al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi un pò disagevole per il trasporto delle valige.

Villa Selvatico in an ancient Villa Veneta dating back to the fifteen century, surrounded by a large garden and by a working farm. A confortable accomodation is given by 5 self-catering apartments and one double bedroom. A nice swimming pool with solarium is available for the guests from May to September. This location is most suitable for a relaxing countryside holiday, but also a good base if you wish visiting the Veneto Region, being sited few km from Padua (10) and Venice (25), and not so far from Vicenza, Verona and Treviso. The highway and railway are at just 10 minutes by car; the bus stop is at 500 meters.
Wonderful place
Reviewed By Viggo75First of all the most important thing : Villa Selvatico is a wonderful place and Alessandra is a caring host. But I would like to add a couple of things however : during our stay there were also dutch people. I don’t know how they behave at home but when they are abroad they behave like rude people and they don’t care about other people. For example at the swimming pool they scream, play and do not leave enough place for other people to swim. I had already seen this kind of behaviour in France.

Fantastic solo stay in Padua - March 2019
Reviewed By Ancient_GalaxyIt is well-located in the quieter end of the old town. I walked there from the train station and Google map's walking directions did the job just fine. The place is immaculately kept and even though there was just me in the room, the breakfast variety and quantity could have catered for a small army - it was excellent! Facilities were all explained and were all in good working order. Shower is great and hot. Didn't need or want for anything - towels and toiletries were provided (I had brought my own just in case anyway - I needn't have bothered). Place was safe and quiet - well, aside from the occasional passing scooter on road outside or the occasional chair scraping/conversation from upstairs (unfortunately, sound does travel in authentic Italian residences!). I was in the triple room (all the space for just me) and it was great. Separate bathroom, bedroom and kitchen! Fantastic value for money. Accommodation only accepts payment in cash.

Not Bad
Reviewed By TringyWe stayed at these rooms for 7 nights while using Padova as a base to see the Veneto area. The building is secure and our room was on the 7th floor with a city view which really wasn’t much. The rooms are an easy 7-10 min walk to the station and right in the heart of town. So no complaints there. My only negative would be the apartment, in particular the bathroom looked better in the pics than real life. Kitchen was ok but every time we turned on x2 burners while the TV or aircon was on, the power circuit would cut out. This meant a few more restaurant meals than we anticipated. Another negative was that the safe in our room was not bolted down! I could see the safe itself being easily stolen if someone broke into the room All in all if they fix the power issues I would stay there again but ideally a little modernizing wouldn’t go astray.
