Restaurant is giving this fine hotel a BAD name
Reviewed By Madjid AI have time and again extended my stay at this well run hotel with friendly competent staff, most definitely at the front desk and also by the pool. Booking.com offered me an attractive rate hard to pass up. The pool is very nice and well kept. Beds (in general) now need to be changed for more comfortable ones; current ones are already too old (for the most part). During my last extension (two nights) I included the so-called "breakfast". What an indecent one and what a HORRIBLE SERVICE. Even at only $3 additional, I'd say definitely give it a miss (spend that money at McDo which I normally did). I believe you can stay here nicely, safely and you will not have to spend a bundle just avoid the so called breakfast (at $6, normal price, it is a rip-off), avoid the restaurant altogether as there are countless restaurants in the vicinity (definitely walking distance).

STAY AWAY! The worst experience ever!
Reviewed By DayTrip418548We have booked 5 night, check out after the first night because the conditions in the residence were unbearable (disgusting smell, dirty sheets, mold everywhere, dirty showers, furniture that are ruined and taped together, hair everywhere) – the place was not properly managed and maintained. My colleagues could not stand it. We have required a refund for 4 night – the nights we did not stay in the hotel and did not use the service. The compensation was not approved. We as a customer were abandoned, chated and left alone with our problems - no valid and relative information about the hotel (the pictures are fake), no support, no help, no compensation. STAY AWAY. BETTER BOOK A HOSTEL.

Just Transiting
Reviewed By davidcT2171YVI was on my way to Mindanao and did not want to contend with the Manila traffic, so I just stayed at this hotel for a night before my early flight. The location was difficult to find. I was using GPS and asking questions from nearby people, security guards who were very helpful. I could see how this could be very frustrating for first time foreigners. The place was okay. They could use a little bit more of a welcome-package, such as coffee, fruits, and other things to welcome their guest. Bed was wonderful. I slept well. I probably will look for another place the next time I am here transiting in Manila.

Reviewed By Odyssey813483We booked our stay at Condo Unit walking distance to Manila airport for just a night. Thank god it was a short stay because everything was awful. The flat looked like it was already used and not cleaned, dirty bad sheets, dirty walls with footprints all over and horrible smell. The surroundings are filled just with fast food restaurants with nasty food.
